Not sure what is up. I came home tonight tried to run Lineage 2 and on both of my computers virus scanner (mcafee) suddenly are removing a vorbisefile.dll from the lineage2 directory.
you cannot run lineage2 with out......so I fire up L2 again select check files, and it downloads the vorbisfile again, only to have mcafee instantly remove it AGAIN. I beleive this is not really a virus as the file resides in a few game directories from several games all with different origination dates.
So why is mcafee singling out the lineage2 version, and why even when I download it once again from the lineage2 offical server is it being identified as a virus over and over? Anyone else running into this?
I am assuming mcafee updated while i was away from my computer and the new update is not liking something about lineage2 version of this file.
any help, thoughts or suggestions?
PS. I don't do anything wacky or run or browse bad sites with my computer.
