yes, but mostly it's dependent on the color the mobs are to you. If you're trying to spoil Dark blue (aka purple) mobs it's not going to help to lvl up. Green/white are suppsoed to be the best rates I believe.
Spoil activation, or mobs that turn blue? Big diff, but may get a lot better right after your spoil lvls. I noticed the same thing a bit, all would activate right after I learned the skill, then dwindled down until the next spoil lvl. I prettymuch did aoe the whole time though, so made it hard to tell lol
At the rate they turn blue. I just got spoil 3 and went through about 100 mobs ( the same ones I been on ) and havent noticed anything for the better at all. Lol Im lvl 29 and still wearing wood set, hopefully something starts spoiling soon where I can make some income.
lol, by lvl 60 my spoiler had definenately made more adena than my 78 maestro has (probably ever will), so I'm sure you'll be fine.
My advice to make the most adena fastest is to lvl up fast as you can, and play in the first rooms of Apostate. Tons of bones spoil there, which sell for a lot compared to how many you get for your lvl etc. (I think most bones are from the black sleeper lady mob thingys - the non-agros)
I dunno about 60, I only have 1 account so we'll see how far I can go with newbi buffs. I'm gonna try a differnt spot. I did notice something earlier, those eyeballs outside Dion went blue almost everyone, forgot what they dropped so maybe I can find something similer.

they spoil like 8 bones each and when you are done you go to devotion where they spoil up to 13

Well I found another way of income hehe, run around cruma swamp picking up all the drops. I got my gear and weapon upgraded ,some D enchants and of course loose change.
Spoil chance is different from mob to mob, some have 1x1 some 1x3 and some 1x8.
I also noticed that green mobs have better chance than whites.
Apostate is fine for bones, also zombies outside cemetery are nice for iron and stems.
I actually rerolled on another server, Orc Shaman going Wc with wolf, already made 10 million at level 20 and very happy,I'm guessing with the event coming up it's only gonna get better =)
Maybe 2 hours, The wolf quest takes me about 20-25 mins I guess maybe a little less, then I sell for 1 million each, think I'm gonna send to my dwarf and sell 4 at a time.
I just got whatever spoil lvl you get at 43 and I have noticed a drastic increase in the amount of mobs flashing blue... however, some types of mobs are just stubborn and rarely ever flash blue.
Maybe the mobs you are hunting are just that: Stubborn.
Personally i suggest if you wanna make real money with your BH.. get it to 78. and find yourself a clan that will take you to HB... green spot mobs give 1-2 S grade mats per mob. I go out for 1 hr with my clan and make about 50-60m just off spoils.
depending on your server you can make a lot of cash as 36-48 BH. Made 30 mil in acople of h's, no animal bones farm involved, no bots competition :p Use a spoil/drop calculator and chose smart is the best advice i can give you. Rember always lvl by spoil grid not by exp grid. If your a true BH you will just consider lower exp but great spoil > any thing. But never dlvl, or hunt blue mobs, if your main is a BH, find a good spoil spot apropriate to your lvl.

If you are a main, you wanna level as a main. I prefer aoe since it is good exp. The spoils are bonus. However when I need a break from aoeing I pick spots that provide certain spoils and exp is secondary.
Thinks are look for are A grade recs, M. Ore, DMP, Enria, etc.
