Let says the person'a main is a duelist and the sub is a spellsinger, (1) Can the player choose the type of divine transformation based on their preference or they will be given divine transformation - wizard automatically? (2) Each transformation last 30 mins and down time 3 hours, can they use the transform for 5 mins and get back to normal form after the 5 mins and so?

First of all I've never seen any1 in this transformatiom, but I'm pretty sure that there're some ppl 80/80
Secondly no you cant, and if you ask me, I dont see the point of transformations, because all that 3 hours resue thing is just stupid.

When a subclass reaches lvl 80, while in your main class (only) you can transform into the divine transformation of the given subclass, i.e. divine wizard only in your example. if you get another similar-type subclass to level 80 you could learn divine wizard level 2 transformation, though I doubt if anyone has ever reached 80 in 3 classes on a single character.
The normal transformation rules apply, so you could end the transformation at an earlier time, before the 30 minutes expiration, but you still have the 3 hour cooldown.
