Does anyone know when these strange equips will come for mage class?
How you getting it?Drop?Craft?Epic boss?
And what effects on the imb@@ Storm Screamer 79lvl?

these are level 84 items. there is a new armor set and weapon set for level 84. Icarus weaponry was changed to s82 and these items are not part of S82 gear.

the best translation so far for this is as follows:

Mage-Shields

‘Improved Shields’ for Casters, Healers, Summoners and Buffers have been added. These items can be enchanted but no Element Attributes can be assigned.
Depending on the Class these Shields have the following effects:

* Caster: increased MP recovery rate, increased Magical Dmg
* Healer: increased MP recovery rate, increased Heal Effect
* Summoner: MP recovery rate, MaxMP increased
* Buffer: MP recovery rate, MaxMP increased

Nukers get a passive for it at level 76, so I pretty much doubt it is a level 84 item or the passive will be largely useless to people.

These "mage shields" seems to be like the focus items which are being used in Guild Wars for mages.

shields are for lvl 76, the capes are only for 84 armors!

Those shields will need to give pretty good effects for anyone to use them. Anything less than a factorable increase in M.Atk and MP Regen will not urge me to equip something with a nerfed block rate compared to regular Shields.

Oh, did anyone mention that the block rate will be nerfed on these "new" shields?

An M.Atk increase on par with those sub-class passives will not be good enough...

these shields I believe will be like the others but with no P def increase.

If they don't put p def increase they at least can make them not be Heavy armor.
