Well, I did what Siren said, I submitted an email thru the Support Center to have a one-time name change on the boards, and they told me that I couldn't do it!!!
You just have to pester them about it. Reopen the ticket, then tell them that its allowed, and include a link to where it says its allowed on the boards.
I requested a name change about a month ago. They told me it wasn't possible. Then I reopened the ticket and told them it is according to the boards, and gave them the link.
They escelated my ticket, and about a week and a half later siren responded to my ticket saying that they were confused, thinking that I was requesting an ingame character name change (which is also possible, which leads me to believe the people answering these tickets have no clue what they're talking about) and that she would change the name for me, then asked what name I wanted.
I responded, and I'm still waiting for her to get around to it. This was about a week ago.
