ES Agro on raids

So I noticed on raids and kamalokas my ES gets like massive agro all the time for some reason anyone know why?

I thought maybe its mass cubic and my heal cubic maybe? or I noticed when I asked group how much they were hitting RB they said 60-70 and my summon was doing 275-300 a hit but would that cause such bad agro?

Im only B grade right now but I spend alot of time in raids with transfer pain on spamming battle heal :(

Any seasoned ES help me out would love it tyty :P
Because when the kamaloka boss agros ur summon = agros you. So it's better to let other DD start the kama, wait for like 5-10 secs b4 u start to hit with ur summon. Then once your summon gets agro (as the boss will start hitting u :p), stop the attack on the summon and run around a bit in small circles (so others will still be able to hit the boss) until u loss agro and start to attack on summon again.
Yep your summon is definately the problem in the kamaloka; you`ll notice that any player with a high level wolf out will instantnly grab agro if not out dd'd or the boss is not hated. Pets never seem to get hit so long as their owner is alive. One way to stop the high damage turn your pets shots off, wait to send pet in until the boss is on the person who is supposed to tank.
Thank you very much for the responses, well that kinda sucks I take the agro instead of my pet that's what hes there for!!!!! :P
then agian im also glad my pony does such a large amount of damage >:)

I will play around with tactics you guys offered thanks agian :)
According to Korean PTS notes, in Gracia Final, the group mobs from Silent Valley will have the same behavior.
Wear light armor in kamaloka and keep up transfer pain, at least that way you dont strain the groups healer :D

Or even wear heavy if u dont have to heal ur pet lol.
Ah... I did a kama on my warlock and experienced the same thing.

Had to keep transfer pain on all the time and stop attacking with my pet everytime I got agro. All the bomb adds that spawned went and detonated on top of my warlock :( It was not fun.
Can't speak to raids, no one to take me on those anymore; far as the Kamaloka is concerned, it's something you'll have to live with. Take some healing potions, life elixirs, and mana elixirs and prepare to run a marathon. Small circles are especially useful to keep melee-catchup to a minimal. Once you get used to it, it's not so bad.

Side note: Light? Seems like a bad idea. The extra mana pool and casting speed to spam heal yourself should quickly outweigh any boost to p.def.

Ur kidding right? That heal will not be enough, its only gonna heal you around 300. Taking less dmg over time is a better choice then having a bit more mp to spam into useless healing.

Bring a real healer to the kamaloka and wear light.

PS. If you learn the betray skill, ppl will love you in the kamalokas. The 56 kamaloka panthers can be betrayed to attack the boss, and I've been able to get the ones in the 73 kamaloka to attack boss instead of doing that "no moving" debuff on ppl.

No, actually, I'm not. We have a little trio (BD, WC, Pony) that does the 73 Kamaloka quite often. Aside from buffing to begin with, the WC doesn't bother to heal; it's just me healing myself and using pots every now and then. Now, I'm in Major Arcana so it has a bit more P.def than some of your other robe sets, and the Medusa debuff also helps out quite a bit -- but regardless. Works For Me(tm).

This I did not know. Not that I've ever bothered to learn it, anyway. Heh.

If u do the 73 daily, u need to learn betray skill, the boss dies so much faster with more stuff hitting it. The question is if u want to spend the ore though, it does get costly. But if u do it on all the eyes u dont get the debuff.
