Wrinkles went in to the hospital on Nov 7 for surgery and has been in ICU since then. He is doing better now, is talking and should be moved from ICU soon. He will move to rehab and will be there for around a month.
Please keep him in your prayers for a speedy recovery.

He has one of the most adorable Texas accents I've ever heard. He is a really generous and thoughtful guy, doing things for people he hardly knows. Lot of respect for him. I certainly am all for him healing right up and back out in the world spreading his own brand of wonderfulness.

Wrinkles is such an amazing person...he's got such a wonderful sense of humor, AWESOME good 'ol southern accent, and one of the biggest hearts I've ever seen in the world. He and Sheri are both wonderful people. I just about cried when I heard the news about Wrinkles' complications in the hospital. They are both in my prayers, thoughts, and heart (and my husband's too). I know they are both loved by many people, and I know we all wish them both the best.
Much luck and love to Wrinkles...here's hoping for smooth recovery (we miss you!)...and many, many hugs and love to Sheri...our hearts are with you both. :) I only wish I could be there in person.
Another update...I received a phone call from Sheri and Wrinkles today, and they both sounded good. Sheri sounded happier and hopeful and Wrinkles sounded GREAT...his normal, awesome self...but really tired. As far as things look now, they are still planning on taking him home tomorrow but he will still be resting up and receiving home care for a while. So continue the prayers and well-wishes...they're both on the mend. :)

...more news on Wrinkles. Unfortunately he did not make it home on the 30th, and is having a few more issues taken care of before being sent home...which means a couple more surgeries. He should be able to go home in time for next week. Be sure to keep both him and Sheri in your hearts and prayers, to send him strength and healing and to send Sheri peace and comfort...as I know we all wish for them to have a Happy New year together. :)
Thanks for the update Tamoh. Wrinkles and Sheri... you're in my thoughts and prayers. He WILL recover from this because he has so many people praying for him and focused on his speedy recovery.
Update--Wrinkles comes home on Thursday. He will try to get on Keta's/300's Vent that night to say hello to his friends, so all who want to say hi, please feel welcome to hop on. :)

I was pretty heartbroken when I heard him share that news on Vent. He sounded so tired. I really hope he recovers and heals as fully as possible so he can come home and REST. I can't imagine how he and Sheri must be feeling.
Sheri and Wrinkles, if you're reading this, you are in our thoughts and hearts and prayers ALL OF THE TIME. Eva and I don't know what we'd do without you. You both have such huge hearts of gold. You deserve blessings on the grandest scale, and I really wish that and more for you.

Regardless, I don't think the exact day matters. Be sure to keep him in your prayers. He's had difficulty keeping food down and he's been through a lot...both him and Sheri have. They both deserve nothing less than thousands of blessings, good friends, and many prayers. They are both wonderful, selfless people. I really hope Wrinkles will be able to recover as much as possible soon...and I hope that Sheri will have strength and hope with her as she goes through this with him.

My father called and said that Wrinkles is done with the operation. He will continue to go through recovery and remain in the hospital for a while. From how things sound Sheri is hanging in there. She's an incredibly strong woman. I have a lot of respect for her.
As always keep them both in your prayers. I hope they both recover soon.
Wrinkles is back in the hospital as of yesterday. His pancreas is having problems and he was experiencing pain. Please keep him and Sheri in your prayers, as Wrinkles really needs a break from surgeries.
I hope that it turns out well for both of them and that he recovers from this soon so he can return home again! We love you Sheri and Wrinkles. (hugs)
