Umm... I have +4 WIT +4 INT -MEN. But that's me, and I'm more of a PvE'r than a PvP'er.
But that's the tattoo set up I have on my necromancer.

as with all mages, these two are essential dyes.
the third is a matter of preference: +4con (-4 or5 STR) or +1 Wit.

There is only 1 Tat set for Necro:
+4 INT / -4 MEN
+4 WIT / -4 MEN
+4 CON / -5 STR (Don't waste adena)
Don't do +1 anything for 3rd tatoo. It's not worth it.
You need the HP/CP/Stun Resist/Weight Capacity, anyways.
