Phoenix Down?

I was logged in and active, tried to relog another toon and all I get is 9999 Down on the server select screen :( hope someone is watching to fix it ><

ps http://www.glop.org/lineage2/ shows phoenix up ...

I'm logged in overnight and I'm still logged in o.o

I got dc'd and it showed Phoenix as down for ~45 minutes, but it's back up now.

yup I was able to get in finally :) ty whoever fixed it.
