Hello everyone. I'm at a loss on how to download this game faster from all the mirror sites. I tried both on Fileplanet and Gamershell and they both gave me around 20-40 kb/s. I've tried also paying for faster download speed but it was to no avail. I already paid for this game serial code and its monthly fee. Now, because I could not download the game, i feel really ripped off =\ This is not going to turn into a rant but Can anybody help me figuring out how to download faster? My patience almost runs out and i'd hate to forget all about this game altogether and end up wasting money for nothing
Please if you dont have any helpful comment, can you post somewhere else? I'm looking for some suggestions, not to start the fight. Grow up.

making many threads about the same thing only leads to confusion and makes it longer to help because ppl have to read both threads to get all the info and to see what others have suggested.
so instead of telling me to grow up why don't you use your brain and think instead of wanting everything instant by spamming the forum.
and also making multiple threads that are identical are against the forum rules.

BTW, to the OP, the file is huge... and the download speed may only have to do with your connection, but it does take a long time to download. I can't remember how long it took me last time, but it was around 2 hours, iirc.
As above, it can take a while to get it all installed. The initial download of the installer takes a while, then actually installing the game takes a bit, then you have to run a full check and further updates. I think the last time my gf had to install l2 it took the best part of a day.

I think nobody asks you to be a forum savior. And hopefully, I dont run into many of your kind in-game. To everybody else, thank you for letting me know that it's typical to have long downloading time. Although i'd expect much faster downloading, but oh well, I guess it's better than nothing. And,2 hours of the complete whole game? That's pretty fast!

Sorry for double-posts. Yes, this game is an exception, and i dont know why. For other games, my downloading speeds were blazing fast when i used Gamershell. However, for some reasons, I can't seem to find another way around of having to endure 40 kb/s for this game.
It's just that I'm tired of seing ppl post the exact same thread in more than one forum and I wasn't rude to him. I just told him what the forum rules are, but I guess that 90% of the ppl here haven't even bothered to read it.
Rohirrim has something permanently lodged in his ****, thus causing him to e-police the forums like it's his job. Don't sweat it.
Check out the Pirates bay or demonoid for a decent Torrent. You may have better luck grabbing a client that way. Remember, any client will work, you just need the install, once its installed, running it will automatically update to the latest verson.

Would not recomend this as clients that are not downloaded from a trusted source may have keyloggers in them.

So scan them, or if its from the bay use only a download from a trusted member.
