Res % capped at 90% regardless.

Petition System
- 7 bot reports per 24 hours
- only one an hour can be used, account based (maybe IP too?)
- penalties based on the number of reports
- can't report alliance/clan/friends
or
- alliance/clan/friends can't report the same person for an hour.

One that goes into catacomb or dungeon shall easly succeed the:
- 7 bot reports per 24 hours

So basicly, NCWest are banning to much accounts now????

vamp buffs not stacking might do it for me
all the real healers i know are in destro or HB groups so i can pretty much forget about getting my awesome 2% a day worth of xp

also does that regard dance of vampire as a buf ie has no longer any use when also having VR4 or is this about VR4 & the end game VR buf SE's get ?

Giving players the power to **** other players is always a good idea.

along with that question, does it also consider vamp set bonuses as a buff.

They go by IP. I tried to report from my buffer account which i play on a seperate computer but from the same IP. Wouldn't take the report.
I don't know why they do this cause nothing is done about the bots other than change the game to make it easier to bot.
Just sit in town at the guards and watch the lemmings kamakazi on them.

Hm the translations I read so far only mentioned the Lord of Vampire buff not stacking with regular VR buffs, nothing about e.g. VR+Dance of Vampire not stacking.

And, no, there is no definition of Vampiric buff.

kinda weird that se prophecy has vr and it wont stack with normal vr

It's only the lvl 81 SE skill Lord of Vampire that wont stack with regular buffs, and that isn't such a big deal considering LoV is like 40% vr.

lol who cares if you stack 40% VR with 5% vr :P
