since CT2.2 I have seens mobs in locations that they shouldn't be at...example:
I loged in in Oren and got killed by one of the helpers of Orfen few days ago.

I doubt it. I have seen Ketra/Varka mobs in Goddard appear at the same time/location as chars that has used BSoE, mobs warp thru walls in the rift when ever a tank does aura hate and there are mobs in the other room or someone casts fear on a mob.
I have seen party members get ported from inside a catacomb to the roof of the catacomb, but sill under the ground.

Qubics go thru walls and few other things.

better watch those next target macros...

ive seen the fod raid minions on IOP so far and it's pretty common i see cata mobs above the catacomb
