Hello Lineage II World, :]. I'm new to the game but a veteran to mmorpgs, so no worries of failure, I'm looking for some partners to engage the pretty little enemies called "Mobs."
Im on the Aria Server,
1 Human Fighter lvl 18 (Needs Guidance) "Biggles"
1 Dark Elf Fighter lvl 10 (Hes a Beast :]) "Dexavior"
I don't see to many people playing, but I AM! So lets get together and get our grind on! :o hah
I kind of have the problem of not doing so good at the low levels im impatient, but I'm trying hard on this game to give it my all. So hopefully I get to the late 20's or early 30's but if I do, I'll pm you.
the first 20 levels can be done in about an hour or so (maybe two depending on class and race of toon), if you feel like starting a new toon, first thing you do is the imp quest (fundamentally the same for all classes) then do what the "newbie guide" NPC tells you to do (I recommend the Kameal village "isle of souls" path). you will be 20 in about an hour to an hour and a half. from there get common Item D gear and if you ping me in game I can give you some good hunt spots to get you to 30 in a day or so (could take a few days depending on your play time and style). either way hit me up in game (I play the evenings). I will drop you a personal message here with the way to do that in case you are not familiar with L2 in game PMs.
* the reason I suggest a new toon is you are 18ish on your toons and it's too late to bother with the newbie guide quests.
Okay I have a 10 DE and so far he is frigantastically amazing and im still doing the imp quest with 23 shackles (not impressive) but I have come across 3 fields of gold so far. Are you also in the Aria Server?
Im skipping the lvl 10 weapon quest because the shadow weapons are phenomenal, I also read about the using the bow to pull and me and powershot have become the best of friends haha. I think I'm going to be a AW or PW.
I play evenings as well, like tonight Ill be getting home around 10 EST time send me one then plurrrr haha!

yeah I am on Aria as well, though that is not the imp quest I was refering to, this imp quest is the very first thing you do when you come into the world. those little imp dudes in the area you first spawn in drop one quest item and you give it to the newbie guide and he tells you what you need to do.. it's all good though at level 10 you can go back to the newbie guide and still pick up from there you should be 20 in an hour or so...when I get home I will hop on and ping ya see where you are and see if I can help ya out. if you are in the DE area I will just shout for ya.
Oh you mean the gremlins one...lol, but alright my toon's name is Dexavior and theres not alot of people on when I get on so if I don't respond to a shout I'll most likely be the only DE running around killing at random.

Just clear up any confusion you might run across.
Since you're a DE (dark elf), you can only go AW (or any of the other Dark Elf Fighter classes). PW (Plainswalker), is reserved for the Light Elfs only.
you likely wont, for quite some time. to be frank, new players are few and far between. youll likely not see anyone until you get yourself to level 20, and head to Dion.
