I'm tempted to say: re-roll to a Gladiator or Tyrant. If you stick with the Destroyer, be advised: it's an OK class for PVE, especially soloing at lower levels. It's not so hot for PvP, due to a very slow run speed and a total lack of any ranged attack skills.
if youre just looking for tips, i'd say learn how to become fast, and learn how to crit often. after that, its all downhill. i'll even get you started with a hint: Make friends with Swordsingers.
Expect people to cry a lot when you start levelling a lot faster than they are.
Expect people to cry a lot when they see you 1 or 2 shot a 5x mob.
Expect to be frustrated a lot by the cursed archers and nukers.
Expect to get used to the way skills are working now only to have them change again in the next update.
Use heavy armor, a 2H Blunt or Sword, keep a polearm handy and always always always protect your support classes because they will somehow manage to pull aggro at the oddest of times.
also, invest in an up-down homu as soon as you can and make a macro to switch back and forth between your health weapon...and then get used to using the macro.

With BD dances, zerk 2 haste 2 puma fist fury and DC light i had over 1k atk spd. No destroyer is going to get that, Destroyer do hit hard...but tyrant can hit hard and also have the atk spd.

If you choose tyrant become friends with an SE since they will be your best friend. I had an SE help me lvl and at 68 i was able to duo FP with just me n help with very little heals n bison. The tyrant at 68 is just like a destroyer, but he is able to get the atk spd plus the crit and such.

you can forget bison in CT2.3 where it will have longer re-use delay and shorter duration.
i know that, but this doesnt mean the tyrant sucks. They nerf one skill, but to my understanding they made some of them better. All im saying is if you want to compare Destyoer to the Tyrant, go Tyrant.

Do you know this for a fact. I have been holding off...not buying any gear for my tyrant cause if they up the cool down of Bison it will change the way that Tyrants will be outfitted.

I read it in one of the official Korean patch notes (with google translate) so it should be accurate

i dont really think so. Health will still be important, Focus will still be gimp. the only viable alternative is RSK haste or RSK focus.
if anything it will force more tyrants to use Heavy instead of Light.
I would imagine the build will be around using Hawk. You don't need Con for Hawk.
So i would think Hawk, Bloods with Focus, DC or NM light or Tall or Maj Heavy and All the Focus Buffs from prophet +VR from someone or WC with SoES.
Right now with all common equip (Heavy Armour) but with pp focus buffs + VR i Crit once in a blue moon. With Prophecy of Fire ( i had a girl cast it on me for a few levels) i really rock but without it i stink.
The health build was for Bison...if Bison is nerfed i don't see the point of a Health Build.
Also Tats would be +Str/Dex - Conc i would imagine.
But as you say mabe have the Crit on the SA.
One thing for sure i can't pick a wrong way...lol.
+4str +4con, health fists, now youve got 9k HP. since Focus would max your crit out at 220 (too low to be worth while) you can use Ogre or Rabbit indefinitely.
hunting solo i'd take Rabbit. Ogre is the new PVP totem especially with no runspeed loss.
also iirc Hawk has 1min up 5mins cooldown. so still not completely worth it to gear around it unless you KNOW youre going to be full support 100% of the time. the solo tyrant or a tyrant with a box WC isnt going to cut it to spam Hawk.
however if you were going All Focus, i'd suggest just +4str-4dex. it going to be horrible to pvp in that though.

Its tempting to buy gear and stuff but i think its better to wait and let those that are better financed to experiment.
I did buy 3 recipes and key mats for 3 attempts at Dragon Ginders. I got a great deal and was thinkin that maybe DG is not the flavour of choice(thats why i got such a great deal..lol).
What now doesn't make sense is to have both Bison and Hawk with 5 minute cool down...maybe Destroyer is better until they nerf them...
I also tried Zealot (2) another 30% wonder and died a miserable death...so scratch that one too. My nose is still bruised from that encounter...lol.
i still think that DG will be a popular choice with the tyrant. Even tho some of the tyrant skills get nerfed, other are become just as powerful and DG with any of the SA's would make up for the lack of it.

Dest. dont get any run speed when using those skills, so any tyrant can pop bunny and make all three of those skills usless. I feel that if you want to play an orc go tyrant. The Dest is good, but you need to choose to carry a 2h sword or a blunt, since they get skills for both. To where you know the tyrant will only have on skill.

there's not really a choice...if you want to stun then use a dragon hunter, if you want max damage then a heaven's divider. same skills for both except stun and you can always get an ice storm from the lux shop and set a macro to change, stun, change back.
