Problem with 3rd Change Quest

We had a problem with the 3rd change for a Treasure hunter today.

level 76 toon, did the HS part, the 2nd level alliance (with Silenos),
and got the Amulets from the Tablets,
but when we spoke with the hermit ALL of the quest items for the change disappeared - the only thing remaining was the level 2 alliance necklace...

Has anyone else had this? we have petitioned but time passes...

(I say WE, but this was on one toon only)

its not a bug because lvl2 ally mark is from other quest. You have to cancel ally with silenos quest to have it disappear. But why do it, you can hunt there and farm draconic recipes.

So why did the 3rd cloass change quest items disappear at the time when the hermit should have asked the player to go ally with orcs/silenos.
having done the hot springs part and got the ice crystal and done all the other bits, we aren't going to do it all again if it's a bug that the quest "died" on us.

Oh my mistake, I thought you only wonder why silenos ally mark didnt disapper. Well in this case just petition and w8 for gm, thats all you can do.

did you maybe say "i want to ally with silenos" when you were already allied with varka?

nothing will happen. it doesn't matter where you get the stone from. selecting one or the other will just put the marker somewhere different.


And as far as I can read, you are already up to the part where you have to go get the divine stone from the varka/ketra. At that point in the quest you have already used the other quest items (ice crystal and depending on class, white fish or red meat)

NC responded.. "we will email you and if needed will ask for more information"

No email arrived....

So he started the jeremy Ice crystal Q again, hauled around to the tablets and back to the hermit and it worked this time.

So We have no idea what caused it, and apparently nobody except the players actually care.
