Those are no longer necessery to do. They can only be done at 78 and they help get items to face off against Baylor. Slaying Baylor gives u access to Hellbound.
But nowadays getting to 78 and doing a 5 min (if even) quest, lets you enter hellbound.
No conspiracy or anything, they just dont want you to waste your time.
It's not like the quests are useless though. They are still necessary if you are using IoP to get s-80 recs/parts. You need the black/white shards for the recs and can only get them through the quest/instance.
+ if i'm not mistaken baylor can lvl up crystal from 13->14
it's a shame they "deleted" this part of the game. it was the ideal distraction from the daily grind and tbh i only saw a handfull people DC/crashing when we did all those instances.
and even though it's useless atm, i encourage people to try it out perhaps you'll enjoy it as much as i did :)
