Weapon Change

Hi,
how can I use this skill?
I want a Crossbow and a Rapier, i heard that i can make them with that skill and normals weapons like Bows and Swords, but how?

Always when i use this skill there are some Messages that I cannot do it or something.

You can only swap swords (exept the mage ones) or bows. You need to have the weapon equiped. What is the weapon you are trying to convert?

I tried Gladius, Short Bow and Dagger.
Edit: And now i tried also Bow... it always says:
You Cannot Convert this Item.
Weapon Change cannot be used due to unsuitable terms.

Im running out of money.

You can only convert the weapons from D-grade above. Thats why you cant convert it. What is your server?

Oh... where can I see the grade? And thank you very much for the answer.
Im on Luna.

Edit: And where can i get an D-Grade Weapon? Do I just have to upgrade my Weapon?

need to by or drop one. imo if you got 80k adena go to giran wep shop and buy a common wep.
the grade is to the right of the item name when you mouse over it it should have a little box with the letter there.
