pole acc toggle?

mine is lvl 2 atm and i'm wondering if i should bother making it lvl 3 and possibly OEing it
it doesn't cost too much mp at lvl 2 and i'm doubtful lvl 3 will have much of an accuracy increase

Lvl 2 is +3 acc, lvl3 is +4.

mine is also lvl 2, i never bothered getting lvl 3

prolly not worth lvl 3 and OE right?
from L2P the OE on mp consumption toggles seems pretty low
