Using Plated Leather is gonna be tough, IMO. Too much damage. I tried Plated Leather in B grade, but by upper 50s, I was taking enough damage that when I saw a BW light set for sale, I grabbed it. I can't comment on the weapon question - by the time I got to A grade, I had already found a set of Dragon Grinders (oe whatever they are called).

In B grade you would like to see Doom light not BW light, your see such a hugh difference in Doom then BW and with the wep try n get Bellion not the Low B...i think if you can get +3 Top would be equal to +5 Low. In A grade i used for a long time NM light with +7 DG w health and it worked wonders. At 68 and with an SE you can actually duo FP...stay in bison and the xp will fly. If thats to hard, try n solo Witches and such. Im lvl 76 now, but for most of my lvl i used NM...i did start with DC but i switched to NM due to the VR helps a little bit.

The PP works nice with a tyrant, but try n get An SE instead of a EE...with the Atk spd of a tyrant and the VR effect from SE lvling should not be so much of a problem to ya. You should easy do catas with even lvl 2 VR and then work up from there. Just an idea...if you play on the Phoniex server i'll help ya lvl up ur SE if you want to make one.

So SE+EE > EE+PP ? I need to exp only in cata and another friend (Destroyer) will exp with me (constant party with 4 people).
Unfortunately I don't have so much adena to spend (max 150kk) so I can buy only a weapon I have two choice :
- Fist B OE
- Fist Low A (focus) +0
I wont buy fist health becouse in Gracia Final Bison will be useless to exp.

What cata/necro do you suggest me to exp at my level?
i dont know what catas are for what lvl, but the mobs if your going to solo should be light green. They will be easy to kill with decent xp...maybe branded. If you can only afford one wep go with the OE B then, since A grade SS are expenive. As for your buffers go with PP+SE the VR effect from the SE will be awesome and able to help and in those tight jams u can heal. When doing this make sure you set a macro and to both heal n buff yourself. Also when you find a room, since ur soloing make sure its one of the small rooms, like 4 mob rooms. Dont go to big until you have it down pat. At the high 60 you can move to witches, thats what i did and it helped alot. I soloed one of the small rooms in there for a few lvls, and i lvled my SE at the same time. When i hit 70-72 i duo fp with an SE. And the xp flew, i was able to get like 3 lvls in 3 weeks. Also at lvl 74 do the plkomina or w/e quest in goddard to get back to lvl 4 vit. This does help, and it gives an amazing amount of xp. If there is anything else you need ill be here.

BW heavy set (no half-decent light sets for tyrant @ B grade)
OE Athronail /risk. haste(will come in handy at A grade too if it's OEd enough)
If you can make 68 before gracia final switch back to PL set (yep C grade)/tallum hv. As for weapon - well if you can make it 68 before G final then your athronail will do.
If not go BT /focus + tallum hv.
Other weapon option (beyond 150kk tho) is 150 element S grade fists from lv 1 till the end :P
Never tryed BW heavy, but if you want a heavy set, why not doom, since it is the best tanking armor in the game. Some SA are nice, but some are not, rsk haste would be nice, but if your too low it can get dangerous. And with the mobs being able to crit and using shots, it will be ugly if you get over welmied. Try BW heavy if not then try Doom heavy or compare them. And see
I have not seen a mob in any of the lower Catacombs use shots. I do not believe they do, cause I've leveled in them on Warlock/EE/ES all day and none of them use shots. I have yet to see a mob in some of the higher level places use shots also. Where are people getting the shot thing from? :P
I have checked all places people claim to have shot using mobs since the update, and the only places where I've seen them use shots were the places I have always seen them using shos (like Stakato Nest mobs). Haven't checked some high level places, though, since I don't level there. I know Anteroom mobs in pagans, and mobs in FoG haven't used shots on me :P
Go Doom Light if you want light armor on Tyrant, and BW heavy if you want heavy.

And as far as the mobs in the catas using shots...the Ones in fp who use life drain sometimes use shots because they do a hell of alot more dmg then others. But back to the Necro/SK...an SK needs to attack and takes time to kill...there for a Necro you can nuke them in 2-3 shots even before the mob gets to you. So ofc your not going to angels in woa use shots they cant make it to you :)

Cause they can't just have higher M.Atk because they are mage class mobs and the others are melee class mobs? Kinda like how the Flash of Splendor in VoS nuke very hard becasue they are mage class MOBs?

Please tell me how a Necro 2-3 shots a 4x-5x HP Angel in WoA? CDLing? I wish I could 2-3 shot those. That would mean I could 3-4 shot most of the mobs in MoS and it's much better XP + Quest than in the back of WoA. Necros get hit when they solo there, especially when you take into account some of the mobs being linked (attack one, the other attacks even when they are out of social agro range) and all of them being agro/social agro.
What does class have to do with whether or not the mobs use shots at an area? Absolutely nothing. Some of the Angels cast spells from range, also, along with other mobs in that zone/area (like the [Elder] Homunkulus that cast Aqua Splash).
I have not had any mobs in WoA, Catacombs (on Warlock/EE), VoS, FoTD, FoG, Dino Island, Pagans, IT use shots on me. The only place where I have seen a mob use shots is in Stakato nest. I know, cause mob click their shots on when they get agroed.

I was there till 60 using 58 pp buffs and 56 EE Healer. No Bots to speak of so it was great!
Then i went to WoA...but just did Canyon Antelopes and Canyon Antelope Slaves. This was just near the port spot. I was there until 61 and then some Bots took both spots and it was just frustrating. I reported them for 2-3 days ...then gave up.
So then went to just outside Goddard and did Antelopes, Bandersnatches, Buffalos, Grendles.
These are all very heavily botted but i found areas where i could level on a 3 spawn pretty much to myself....btw i got myself to 5 pks there very easily but then behaved :P I hate sineaters and they are expensive.
At 65 i went to Blazing Swamp but you need BO+ or Majestic Jewels cause the Lava Wryms (lvl71) use prominence and they hit hard. The Orc Archers and Scouts (i think...Orc with sword) are not too bad and good exp.
Eventually you can go on top and do the Orc Warlords and Shamans. You will need items from a quest up there for your third profession anyways.

In cata 62+ solo with ee+pp (plated leather + fist top b) I suffer too much damage...VR is necessary but i can choose only two buffers option: SE+EE or EE+PP. . . ( Yes it would be a WC but now I don't want exp another new class over 50+ :S).
I have my pp and EE on the same account. I do have a WC on a seperate one (i didn't really want to level another healer/buffer but decided to do it anyway). But what i do is log the pp and buff...then i log the pp and relog the EE and use him as the healer for the round. The WC just tags along for the exp. and gives Vr1...1 more level and he will be able to buff vr2,earth and war chant...so bb to pp :p
I too found that in fighting Canyon Antelopes the PL was not very good. I was healing like crazy even though i had noobie buffs (VR4 i think). When i reached a grade i bought majestic common plate (was cheapest plus had the best p def) and whatever was cheapest in common gloves, boots, and helmet. I bought majestic Common jewels and so far i seem to be set. I use common Dragon Grinders.
You have to play a bit with your totems and skills but with heavy armour, and say orge you are pretty tough. If you toggel Fist Fury you can get some decent speed up with some good p def. also you can go greater shield if your pp has it. I normally use greater might and i seem to have enough pdef for just random heals.
I also use red pots to help heal when i exp with the PP being the healer. This happens usually once a night to refill her mp. I just pop a red before each mob.
I should also say that i am fighting light reds and yellows but only 1x hp.
Also i think if NC carries out the changes to Buffalo Toem.... health as a SA will be basically useless.So if you are thinking of going with regular weapon and getting a SA you might wanna consider Focus which is not available on the Dragon Grinder. Might be wise to wait and see what NC does. This would probably also alter your tats so you may want to wait on that...i already went +4 Str and - 4 Dex...may not be right for a focus build.

Yes you are right...and now I have a great doubt: if exp a wc and sacrifice pp (1 month to bring her at 56 Q_Q ).
Now my pg resist with ee and pp at enchanted valley (elder mobs, without zerk and puma+fist fury active) but VR is necessary (my equip is always plated leather). With Red Pots exp is better :o

Try and xp in one of the lower cata...if the mobs are green you can solo them easy w/o taking much dmg. You'll even be able to do that with the pp+ee and wont need VR. I do suggest that if you have the option of pp+ee then when A grade comes around use NM light it has the VR effect and will help you a little bit.
Branded might be your best bet in the solo cata. And then work up from there, and with the AA you make you can sell it and become rich, since EVERYONE wants it.

If you are exping in EV below 62 you can use the noobie buffs which have VR4. It will take you just a few minutes to port to town and back.
If you don't want to leave your spot and you have both a pp and EE available you should be able to grind without VR . In the worst case some red health potions can help.
If you already have the B grade i think it would make it better...if you don't have the B grade it may be better not to spend the adena
My PL was all +3 and i wore B grade helmet and gloves (common) and i didn't have any major problems in that area. i did proceed somewhat cautious and tried not to aggro too many mobs at once though :)
If you can afford non common stuff and a decent set of B with a nice OE effect, you can easly solo a cata and then make the adena back w the selling of the AA and Seal Stones you get.
