Theres been an awful lot of complaints on the boards recently, and the team member posts thread no longer works. Is the some way a normal player can get any kind of updates or progress reports from the PlayNC staff without looking up each Gm name from the past 2 years? Is there even any progress to be had other than patiently waiting for the next update which is 3 years overdue? The only thing i can find is reasoning why GMs lock a thread, and several months ago it looked like NCwest was putting a real effort into improving customer service. Has this been forgotten or was it all PR? What of all the issues that need fixing? Just looking for a reasonable answer to why the GMs are being so tight lipped on any possible kind of news lately, and perhaps reasoning on why us, the customer, should keep paying if we are to be ignored on the large majority of issues? Please correct me if I'm wrong, but bad news is better than no news.
Hell tell us if the koreans laugh at you for telling them a prophet should be the new 'super-class'!
