Hello,

If I have more than one character on my account, ex:

Character "A" has 4 Vitality
Character "B" has 2 Vitality

While i play with Character "A", does Character "B" regain any vitality?

Yes.

Vitality Points can be acquired when your characters are offline, in a peace zone, or hunting Raid Bosses.

This is not related to account activity, but character. You gain more vitality being offline than you do in a peace zone or hunting raid bosses.

Hmmm, then I guess I just wasnt offline enough with my chars :P

yeah to be preceise 4 times more in offline than in PZ,
also it seems like vp in peace zone or offline are added at full minute intervals.

exact formulas of vit loss are easy to research but it requires insane amount of time. for example 1 mob (55 marsh drake) worth of vit is regenned 19 minutes in peace zone on 52 level char ... also it takes 95 of these mobs for full vit 4 level to change to level 3. too boring to do further research :)
