I dont see reason why you are crying... Even minor glitch could couse major problems. 2 hours is not so much. I've experienced 3 to 6 hours Neptulon(wow) server expented maintance few times. Moreover to say that it's not proffesional is retarted, you would rather experience crashes or smth else instead of w8ing for 2 hours? Sometimes I just dont understand why ppl make a lot of noise for nothing.
4 hour of down time and ... down again. That's how professional software companies run their servers...
Even if L2 was to have 4 hours downtime every week of the year, which they don't they still have 97.6% Up time all year, soooo yea... perhaps be a little bit more patient and less of a Cry Baby.
