You must go to the initial log-in screen and click on "Replays". You can only watch your replays INSIDE the L2 client, unless you record them using Fraps or another videocapture program.

There are many, but most aren't free.
Fraps is a brilliant application which you can use to record instant gameplay or recorded gameplay from the Lineage II Replay system, however it's not free (unless you don't mind the watermark).
Once you have the videos recorded in Fraps you will have a pretty big uncompressed AVI file which you will need to edit and cut down. There are many large professional applications which you can use like Premier but they're **** expensive (trust me, I know) but the easiest and cheapest (i.e. free) one you can use comes with Windows.
WMM is garbage but considering it's cost and ease of use it's pretty much the best thing out there
had a quick look around and doesn't look like there are any free versions of capture software (trials only) you could obviously get a free copy with a bit of internetz knowledge but imo fraps is cheap enough and good enough that they deserve to get paid
