Mage Shield + Summoner Shield

I am 78++ toon i have full arcana but i am missing the IC shield..i am kinda waiting for the mage shield and or summoner shield... but i dunnot if i shoudl wait for them or buy an IC shield .. i dont know if mage shileds are going to be exclusive for s80 or everybody can use them... ?

Thats odd, don't you get the skill to use the special shield at 76?

you get seagull mastery at 76 so i guess logic says you can wear them at 76 but who knows
IC shield is kinda worth a bit of cash at least on my server so if i was you i'd just walk around with an OE NM shield for a bit of extra hp

IC Shield looks ugly and is waaaay too xpensive for what it brings you...NM Shield ftw!

Regarding Sigals..dagger get their dual mastery at 81 but iirc duals daggs are s82/s83, so wouldnt surprise me if Sigal are s80 while the mastery for them is 76...

You can learn pasive to wear them at lvl 76, so I think it's not going to be s80.. I think it will be normal s grade and higher.
