Plz help me understand

Hello i have a sagittarius with subclass tyrant.I got the skill warrior ability haste but says that it exclude damage by skill and range attack. It doesnt work for me but i heard it works for some archers. Please if some1 has this skill working on archer make a post or any advices or suggestions you have plz feel free to respond...

"exclude damage by skill and range attack" probably means it can only trigger on melee attacks :P Cause it's a triggered chance ability...

Now that i see i know...but as i told you it works in some archers for examples some archers that got this skill from event. If it works from events why cant it work if you get it from subclass?

PS: i actually show it working on me two times per day...if it was only for melee it shouldnt work at all. When i put melee weapon it works like once per 1 or 2 mobs

probably not the best choice, to be honest...sag has the slowest attack speed in the game.

the point of picking the chance: haste skill is to have it on a toon that attacks fast to start with so that it can proc itself again before the 15 seconds is up.

I dont agree with you at all.You havent seen it work on a sag fully buffed attack speed goes around 1000 :P

just because your attack speed is OVER 9000!!!!!! doesn't mean you're attacking that fast with a bow.

any other melee toon with an attack speed equal to you will smack you 3-4 times per 1 arrow you let loose. you = 15%. them = 15% x 4 chances.
