on high lvl places or sumthing???cus i never see any noobs walking around

You won't see anyone in any of the starter villages. If you do it's normally people heading back for some spell books or only as a transit stop between hunting zones.
Once you get to Gludio, Dion and Giran you will begin seeing people.
The teleport to Giran should be free for you, head over and check out the players! If you want to see some of the higher level characters and what they look like, head to Goddard, Aden or Rune.

Go to a Newbie Guide NPC in Elven Village. Do the quest it recommends to do and then return back to the NPC for the next recommendation. It will take you 2 hours max to outgrow the starting village area (and then almost never see yourself in that area again).

SR is fast but lacks high damage and critical chance.
HE (Human Archer) is an all rounder and the PR (Dark Elf Archer) is a hard critical hitter, and average in everything else.
