What's the cool down on Prahnah ? What about duration ?

30 second duration. Long reuse, not sure exactly, but it's 30+ minutes

Ok cool, no plans to level that high then. But that lvl 81 wild shot looks so nice... why didn't they put that at 76/77 like most powerfull dd 3rd class skills for all other classes ?

Is it just me or is arbalester screwed up on 3rd class skills ?

And that's supposed to be the place where "the fun starts". That's stupid since there's nothing to start.

the skill is still quite powerful. It's like a party wide mobile mdef UD. deserves a long reuse.
