What does what mean? In the new continent you'll be able to fly, Kamael using Final Form and anyone else by learning either a falcon or owl transformation, all available at level 75.
Shows how much you know! Those stats are perfectly managable on a pvp Soul Hound. In PvE you only lose about 100-300 on average crits. Crits can still hit 1800+ despite having only 31-32 Str.
I have even skill crit on mobs with checkmate for 9-10k and Shining Edge strikes of 5k+ (the numbers are very similar to those at 37 str for some reason. The difference is only noticable when climbing higher than 40). This is even with skills not having Elemental enchant options yet. Having 40+ dex is pretty **** hot.
Shows how 'weaksauce' some classes are that need 40+ str to do any damage ^_^.

In case you didnt notice the kamael shown above was a berserker, and berserkers can't afford to lose any stre (nor dex and con for that matter) for the simple reason they have less damage skills but more powerful.
Going -stre for zerker is pretty much the dumbest move you could do imo. Soulbreaker could manage it, maybe even arbalester (haven't played arba) could, but not zerker. It's like going - str on titan.
Oh it was a zerker? The pic never loaded for me. I just assumed it was a Soul Hound as the other Kamael can't really get away with losing that much STR (maybe -4-5 but any more is pushing it).
Minus Str on Zerkers isn't entirely too crazy, but Dex is usually the first to get gimped I guess. I've seen some +5 con, -3Dex, -2 Str builds before which didn't seem to perform too badly. The +5 con can make a big difference. Especially since most of the S graders I know tend to use Focus instead of Health of their Gram blades.
It's no fun fighting other melee as a zerker at those levels that's for sure. It seems you really have to use your skills well (Sword Shield, Strike Back, Body Recon. etc) and prey you don't get too many heavy crits.
Doesn't skill crit rate depend on Str?
Skill crit 'rate' is supposedly dependant on STR yes. It's mainly the reason I made these tests as the Soul Breaker is just a really strange creature. Can't say for sure if it rings entirely true where they are concerned. The results between 32 and 37 seem to be very strange indeed. They are far too close and not what I expected at all.
My next trick will be to push the Str down to below 30 (shop +4/-6 dyes) and see what happens.
Skill crit rate is based on STR. Normal attack crit rate is based on dex...
Kamael are a bit of a foobared race/set of classes they don't respect the normal formula calculations from what I've notices. Maybe they're just broken (in a good way) from bad implementation.
and the pic is from the Koren PTS btw.... so chances are it was someone who has never played one....
This article is basically the text of an e-mail I got today from Whip, the flying Kamael in the picture ("PF" stands for "PlayForum", the Korean letters say "Wipeu"). And ValerieRose, you don't have to take your Kamaels to 79, only to 75. The 79 Final Form can still only hover in CT 2.3, it's the 75 Final Flying Form that can fly, but only in the airspace above the continent of Gracia, as Iffy pointed out.
