I want to be a bishop but first I need to become a Cleric. I'm having some trouble soloing the mission where I need to get the guard's mother's amulet from the undead. I've asked around the towns and nobody really seems to care enough to help me.

Hm... I can't find any change class quest guide for clerics atm :/ You mean trouble as in you can't kill the undead? What undead are u killing too btw? and What server are u playing on?

If you were in Aria, I could help you :( But you chose Phoenix :D
Anyway... You need to use Wind Strike and be really, really careful cause some mobs there are aggro or social. You shouldn't have problems once you understand which one is which, but for a new guy I can understand how it's being difficult.
I hope you manage to do it, if I had any char to help you out, I would :(
