For a dark wizard, going phantom summoner. I realize from 40-52 I will still be using twister.
I have a SE with empower & wild magic and can recharge.
It's been a while since I've played so I don't know where the best spots are now.
I am using a shadow weapon d grade.
I can make blessed spirit shots if I need to.

1) What is this saved teleport locations in the skills section now?
2) How do I restore vitality?
3) Do I get shadow weapons for c grade as well? in which case I should wait till b grade to buy any weapon?
I've gone from 1-25 in two nights so it seems to be going pretty fast, just now I am out of vitality and things slowed down quite a lot.

We'll find out in the Gracia Final update. In Korea you can pay for custom teleport locations.
Stay in a peace zone for 1x vitality regen, log out of that character for 4x (3.5 days from 0 - 20,000) vitality regen or hunt raid bosses for a 20 -30 point boost. However don't do raids simply for vitality as the 20 or so points you gain from killing the RB you can get much much quicker when logged out.
You can get common weapons at C grade if you're not rich enough to get a normal one. These are similar to shadow but you can drop/trade them and they don't run out of time.

So basically I should have ported back to town last night instead of staying in a catacomb.

I leveled outside of Dion Town & Cruma Marsh in my 30's
Then in my 40's I went & leveled outside of Ivory Tower, right up to 52.
52-58 I leveled in Forsaken Plains
58+ VOS VOS VOS
How long does it take to be logged out and gain vitality points to the maximum level?
As stated in my original reply, if you are a rock bottom, i.e. 0 points it will take exactly 3 days 11 hours 16 minutes and 48 seconds of being logged out. It doesn't matter where you are logged out as long as you are not on that character during that time.
