Does anyone know how to change the startup splash screen thats displayed after clicking start button while the game is loading prior to login. Looking at that toon chicks big *** :eek: is really agravating me.

if you don't like looking at girls with giant mellons you should just quit now, this isn't the game for you :)
change as in how? go back to a previous chronicles splash screens? (impossible unless you want to have to reupdate your client every time you want to play) and the splash screens rotate so if you dont like the splash your looking at reload the client.
The OP is talking about the one that is before the login screen, that one is always the same, the dwarf, human female etc standing on an airship. The human female is in drac and her behind is kinda disproportionate, making it look really big.
The splash screen everyone else is talking about is the one prior to this one, and is a rotated image, could possibly be 7 different ones.
The splash screen would be the Gracia part 2 little thingy in the center of the screen while the client is loading. That is what is confusing people. It is random from 7 different pics.
Now, the loading screen is the one you're talking about. And without modifying your client illegally in some way, there is no way to change/replace/rollback that load screen. But really, does it matter?
On a serious note, if you see that screen for too long, I'd probably suggest you buying more RAM for your computer, or at least turning ON minimum frame option (alt+p) before logging off, to reduce the load time.

most people love the splash screen. most will want to keep it that way.

Not necessary to quit, otherwise all girls that play Lineage 2 would have to quit (or become lesbians). All it takes is making male toons!
That's why my SE's are all male. Same for my Kamaels. And the only reason my Necro is female is because, well, they made the human mystic boys look like 13-year-old kids with UGLY clothing.
Talking about human male mystics... I like all armors from B grade up on them, they're pretty much awsome :p. IMO anyway :p (light/heavy included, since they changed skins for them, woot)
Hehehe I see your main is a male mystic. I don't really like the way anything looks on them, I guess it's a matter of preference.
And compared to Kamaels, DE's and Human fighters, they're not "attractive" in a pure looks sort of way (at least to me), so you know, that counts too. Just like most Female DE's are played by males for that exactly same reason ;)
Hey, "I"'m cute, some girls like "us" young and seemingly frail... *cough*, ok, let's not go there *whistle*.
And in terms of female characters... I like LE females the most, they're frailty... heh, I just "love" them.
Buuut, we're derailing (intently !), I honestly haven't seen the loading screen splash screen change, at all. It's always the same, those characters aboard a flying ship with the human fighter female in draconic on the left with her sweet behind coming right at you.
Change being the key descripter and btw I have been playing four accounts since 2003...

But this whole thread is just silly. I mean, seriously - out of all the things a player can whine about......the splash screen that you see for like 5 seconds? lol wtf
Can't be changed by normal means, unless modifying your client, which is against the rules.
Btw, the game is full of this, if it bothers you, you are indeed not playing the right game for you.
Wait till the next big update (Gracia Final) then the loading screen will change again ;)

since there are the awesome dark elven females i cant understand why someone will even bother looking at the rest of the races (kamael female excluded cause they are awesome also!) especialy the human male mystics... i never make one of them even if they pay my account for free they are discusting and they look like girls!!!!
