Since the last maintenance Game Guard keeps kicking me out when i try to run more than one Account on one computer. Says i am using an illegal program.
Also my overnight stores keep getting disconnected.
Is it just me....... or is the joy that is NC...... getting spread around?
Actually everyone has been getting dc's and errors and stuff not loading latly. Ncsoft needs to fix the software faults imo and get rid of gameguard which dosn't block anything anyway :O
I read ur post over half a dozen times and it doesn't make sense. Are you trying to say that GG doesn't block anything that it shouldn't be blocking? My understanding is that it gathers up info on the player and their habits. The hype about preventing botters was just that ...hype. Kinda like the "Sucker" Button
Went out for a drink tonight and both stores i had up were disconnected when i came back. Was gone for about 3 hours.
GameGuard is blocking:
logitech software
msn and windows media player is sometimes seen as hacking tools
some antivirus programs goes crazy few times resulting in bluescreens
keyloggers at the login screen (after that it doesn't block keyloggers anymore)
and more
My GG complains if I have acrobat open...It once even complained about illegal programs running when the only other thing open was the official L2 forums in firefox :(
