Are you just crashing out? I just looked at the crash notices for Phoenix for the past 4 mondays and have not seen a crash notice.
If you have continued issues I would suggest you contact Tech Support so we can look into the issue.
Thanks

Nope, its a server restart. No mobs for 10 minutes, everyone gone. and every other monday right before mammon.
Not sure what your logs are telling you, but i promise we have all been booted twice in the last two weeks on this cycle.

I think you might be crashing out when the NPC change is made during the Seven Signs. There is a 10-30 minute time when the mobs change out in the all of the Necs and and Catas every 2 weeks. I will look at your character crash logs when I get into the office tomorrow and see what is up.
I can tell you for sure though that the server has not crashed on those mondays.

How much does one have to pay to get to see their own crash logs? I'd love to know why I keep d/cing when selling overnight.
I've tried allsorts from using a different PC to using a different internet connection.
Seems there's an unknown force out there not wanting me to sell my gear! :(

That would be me disconnecting you so I can sell my stuff for a higher price!!! Muahahahahahahaha
..yeah, happens to me too a lot, good reason to use an auction house instead of sitting around connected for 4.5 years trying to sell junk.
