I have a female SB about to get access to B-grade. What are some good options, especially for a weapon? I'm thinking to try getting a Sword of Damascus and converting it, although not sure how easy they are to get. A quick scan of Giran privatestores got nothing. Is it better to skip and wait for A-grade?
Also right now i'm using a plated leather set, each part upgraded to +3. Is it worth upgrading right now?
For a weapon, get a +4 or higher Kesh w/ Focus. It will last you all through A grade and until you can get an S weapon fully elemented with an SA(+4 of course, Maximum Ability makes parties happy).
Yeah, PL is really really nice until A grade. DC will be good for subs as well, you can even get by with it on an Arbalester. I did switch to Majestic towards the end however due to NC's love affair with giving almost every mob stun in the higher levels and the extra weight carrying is nice since the class has low CON to begin with. Also I got sick of looking at the circus outfit, I really really really hope they change the DC graphic in the next update.
