Ok this is something that has been happening in the last couple of days now it seems. There is a toon running around iop spawning witch warders on everyone. First of all i understand that the ww are a measure to stop bots which is fine . But when you see this person you stop attacking the mobs and as he is standing next to you , you have a choice either stand there and get killed by the mobs or try and hit the mob and them bam you get ww. It has gotten so bad that you can't even lvl on the island anymore . Isn't this a form of harassment? And an idea instead of having the ww can't you make the zone there impossible to have more than 3 in a party . This is not fair to live legit players being ww every 5 seconds by the same character. if you are 5 or less pk, you should be able to work it off by the time he gets back. if he's really bothering you that bad, sorry, find another place to level.
Spawning witch warders is nothing "illegal", that guy is just using existing game mechanics to his advantage. That said, it is totally stupid that the witch warders do not go for the guy who "offended" them (i.e. the griefer who has 3 or more people in party). If somebody with 3 or more people in party hits a mob, the witch warders should immediately go for him and nobody else, but right now they just spawn, sit around and are social to all other mobs. They really need to fix that.
One workaround would be to just pull the mob you are fighting at that time away from the witch warders and then kill it. But that of course does not prevent the griefer from just continuing.

I'm just saying its not a solution to pk him. It takes a really short while to get back to iop even on a lowbie toon.
who exactly is this griefer? toon name? is it clanned? what gear level and appearance does it have?
That wouldnt matter. Gear and clan is a non-issue. Ppl think its too easy to warder ppl. I'm tempted to agree.
Feel free to ask more questions about this particular griefer, but try to realize it will make no difference. The problem isnt the particular person, but the ease of which a person can grief on IoP.
