Help !! Time card issue

The supplied serial code is valid, but it can not be used to create a new account and it can not be applied to any accounts you already have.

when i try to add my time card... this msg pops up?

I JUST bought this time card... It is legit, i have done this before...adding time cards that is...anyone ever get this ? how do i fix it ? i need to activate my account asap. Thank you

I got this problem recently, instead of add time or add account, try the upgrade account button.

Are you trying to upgrade and trial account? Do you have an retail account? Try NCSoft support.

I got that message when trying to use an US time card on my European account. Are you sure it's not an European time card (assuming you're in the US), or vice-versa? (US timecard on an European account?).

That's the ONLY time I got (or anyone I know, for that matter) that message. You can try and contact them about it, and they'll let you know if it's a card that isn't valid on your territory, or whatever other problems you might have.

Valy is like always right! I forgot that issue about euro and US cards.

This is a bright example of the great NCSoft descriptions.
What they forgot to tell you you need to use the serial code from the retail version TWICE. Once to create an account and once to activate the newly created account. And after that you can use the time cards code.
