Please make a post on the Aria section of the forums. There are a number of newer-player-friendly clans on Aria who would welcome you and your character.
Unfortunately the one I am in is for RolePlayers so unless that is an interest you may want to find a traditional clan--otherwise I would talk to you about joining our group.
I'd recommend shouting in Giran a bit to see if anyone is recruiting (perhaps Dion). I think you can still port around free under level 40? If so, flip to Giran when it's convenient and shout there for a few minutes for the next couple of days.
