Hey Celestra - At lvl 55 are you lvling with a pet or dragon? If so - which one and how are you liking it. I got a Gladiator too and am curious as to which pet or dragon to use. I received a suggestion to use a wolf and another to use the DD dragon. Just curious which one you use.

i didnt lvl any pets/dragons. nor did i use a wolf.
i would use a great wolf for additional dmg. but not necessary.
at 55 you can go to the spot north of Silent Valley (aden port) till 61 or so. then from there i went to Blazing swamp.
thx for the advise..i have tried those glowing orbs n bugs in bs. they r pretty ok. i tried field of massarce too. white to me. not bad, they drop herbs too.
hi..currently 55 glad (subclass) and lvling in EV with buffers.
i m wondering if EV is the best place to solo?
or is there any place to pole?
sorry..1st time playing Glad. i m total noob in this class.
55->58 at EV at the elder mobs, at 58 move to Devotion necro and stay at the first rooms.
or try to aoe at apostate, if you can find empty rooms should be the best xp.
depends on your equipment and buffers tho.

Forget the pole as a Glad.
Go to Outlaw forest and easily solo there with worthwhile adena, mat and common C drops.
Head north from the teleport point from Oren, and drop down the ridge on the right.
Get the Warehouse medal quest(Oren/Hunters) and another from Hunters, I can't remember its name but the quest items are Silver unicorn/Gold Wyvern etc. Is it coins of magic ?
When Outlaw forest starts to get low on exp, move to Foresaken Plains via Aden.
There are also one or two quests for the area from Aden NPCs.
Ur kidding me right? WoA is the best place for glads in their 60s and lower 70s. Detect Animal/Beast Weakness ftw!
+1 WoA was fantastic in my 60s... some of the best drops and exp in the game for that level. 60-70k exp solo and I got like 4 Soul Bow Recs as just regular drops... Plus a gangload of common A weapons.
Animal Weakness if great... but you do need a buffer there as for some reason WoA counts as a dungeon and doesn't drop herbs (unless your fighting Shrine Guards/Shrine Knights/or Ants... they all drop herbs and are still in WoA -WTF?).
BS is good only in the later 60's and early 70's.... mostly becouse its botted all the hell and back by whichever clan owns Aden at the time. Upper BS is almost always taken, and the few mobs that aren't zerged by bots are contested by the l33t "players" from the afformentioned clans. Save yourself the heartache and just hunt in WoA or FoTD.

If you're Glad needs additional DD support to level you are simply playing it wrong.
On the duals what options do we get like how daggers get focus. I'm wondering cuz i just made a 21 Warrior and according to everyone i'll be playing my Gladi the totally wrong way becuase i'm going light armor and I was already PK'd for asking about light Gladi's and lol that's not stopping me from making one.
For C grade i'll either buy the Plated Leather set or just use my +3 Drake set and for B grade I'll be saving for the Doom light becuase those stats look alot better than just evasion on Zubie ,but most likely i'll just be using common gear.
Other than being told it was a mistake of NCSOFT'S to put light armor option on a Gladi or Warlord what do i need to know before i run mine through my academy and then lvl him up?
agreed with poster above me, we simply dont get enough evasion benefits out of it to make light armor worth it. With no passive skills to boost evasion, extra p.def is the preferred road.
Thanks guys but still going light becuase it's dull seeing every gladi in game in heavy. I'll think of mine as a dual sword using Treasure Hunter as soon as i get started on grinding on him so i'll read up on the tats and tinker with it and see what i come up with.
Eamonn, mate you go for it ... if you don't try something new every once in a while we will not know what is best. so tell us how it goes, i want to (and probably all of the other gladi's) know if it is better in light than heavy

I'm sorry but It's not for anyother players seeing as how everyone claims your a piece of crap if your not a S grade "Forum Troll." Someone else can do a write up on what you all would call "Light Armor Gladiators the worst ever."
