it's bad so unless if it's the only weapon you have access to then I guess it will have to do if not use either a sword & shield, 2 handed sword or dagger & shield
On a SwS duals are not the worst weapon you could use (any blunt would be worse) but your masteries do not apply to duals so you would get higher p.atk with a two handed sword. All else would be about the same (slightly more SS usage with duals too, a 1/2 miss uses SS while a full miss doesn't).
Using a dagger you get a much faster attack speed (great for singing) and 80 more crit. rate if you are using song of hunter.
