I have Clarity as a passive sa on my staff but it seems not to make any difference at all when I use Steal Essence. It says it only works for Physical Skills so I know my buffs wont benefit from it but Steal Essence should work. It works for my debuffs like sleep, posion and fear but no steal essence. Is this the same with the clarity buff from a EE?
