with all of your enemies getting banned, you'll easily have enough people to control the server any way you like once nova leaves...unless everyone uses their box accounts to sign up 7x each for dawn. ;)
I don't know what you are all smoking today, but Teon has been Dawny since like forever and maybe before.
If you want to change that, you'll need an army of poorly named avatars.
There are other servers that are Dusk dominated or more switchy. Not Teon.
Not knowing better, I picked dusk this week on teon. Lost all my seal stones, got a debuff that reduces my accuracy and stun resist for the rest of the week and I wont be able to see mammon before 2 weeks. XD

Like I said, lost all my seal stones. :P I asked around beforehand, but the answer I got was that it didn't matter. Probably because they thought I was asking about which of the seals to chose.

That's because community does not have any kind of organization for anything than flaming posts on the forum. ^^ The rule would be simple... any clan that DOES NOT own a castle should register into Dusk... if everyone did that it'd be more balanced... and sieges would be a little more balanced. But by chosing Dawn you are helping the castle owners to defend their castle ^^ So... that's the way it is.

If not that debuf, I gladly would sign for dusk and try to make a competition as well as many others. I don't mind about ability to enter cata's that debuf is the reason I do not sign to dusk.

Except that those who don't attack castles don't care and take whatever side will allow them to see mammons and not have a debuff.
i just want them to put the other four of seven seals in and allow both dawn and dusk to claim certain seals each time.
That would be good perhaps have a raidboss spawn only when all seven are claimed by one side. That would require some planning to have % in each of the seven!

There's more to it than that. Winning takes more than just seal stones. When we used to compete for Dusk on Lionna we had dedicated teams that spent hours (like 10+ each day) on Friday - Monday trying to lock out unreachable scores in the festivals. People created and geared alts specifically to suit class needs for the festivals. We had callers whose job was to watch the festivals and call out mob spawns over vent to the people actually doing the festival. The whole thing was highly coordinated and took lots of practice and hours of work on the parts of those involved.
Unfortunately the opposite side finally figured out how to bot the no limit festival. At that point, not only did we give up on dusk but like 80% of my alliance quit the game for good. Seeing as how my alliance was the second largest on the server, that was a lot of people.
Anyway, my point is that I don't think a bunch of non-affiliated non-castle holding clans could win dusk more than once. It takes dedicated teams who work together all the time and know each other like the back of their hands to consistently put up the numbers required to lock out the festivals.
well it'd be impossible to get all 7 seals, that's the thing...so dusk could always claim one. you need 15% in a seal to keep it and 35% to claim it initially. that'd be 5 seals total that someone can dominate and 2 seals for the other guys to compete for and take if they're smart and co-ordinated about it.
