The remark of question is:
"can't be sleeping while leveling 24/7, right? That's been the argument-"i can level 20hrs day & hit 76 in a month"
Don't know what exactly the genius wanted to imply but it is quite normal to get to 76 lvl for 1 month if you are not new player, know where to go and may afford good gear.
My archer almost got to S grade for 1 month before I dumped it because was disappointed with Gracia nerf of the archers.
The necro sub in my signature got to lvl 76 for about 2 months but half of the time the char was played as Cardinal.
BTW - the word "genius" is used in sardonic sense.
Sorry, 1-76 in a month is not normal. I'm not the person who replied to you but someone who has school or a job it's just not happening without botting.

In context yes it is possible to play manually to level 76 with a live players and commiting alot of time. But i dont think any human can spend 20/day leveling their toon. but sure there could be such people out there.
all i am saying it is possible. but you will always see "botter" in post because too many cheaters and cheating is too easy. and playing 20 hours a day is not normal.
Don't consider myself as that genius or any other genius--but I think most would agree it 'can' be done. Obviously it can be.
Is that normal or typical? No.
It is also significantly more possible if you are already in a clan full of players at the level to go with you to all those incredible leveling places.
As you mentioned Uncle, not for new players to the game. They have a few impediments to that rapid leveling.
a) they have no adena
b) they don't know what they are doing
c) the often have no access to other end-game players who can take them to the best spots
d) If they were totally legit, the time it takes them to EARN adena 1-70 is massive so re-gearing at the usual levels would take them time--time they could normally grind but which they have to take away from leveling.
It wouldn't surprise me if many players could do 1-76 in a month. But grinding for 20 hours a day isn't many people's definition of "fun".
I think what is more typical these days for casual and/or newer players is that they take that month or two to hit A-grade and arrive there pretty poor. Then interrupt their grinding to figure out how to play the economic side of the game--and then stumble their way through the 60's and 70's to where they quit at about level 73 tired, burned out, and not loving the extensive grind still in front of them and billions of adena in gear (that they don't have).
I went from 58-62 on my BD sub in about 7 days, iirc. And it was even casually done. OOP prophet, me as bd, and a friend as a dagger... we did a lot of time in the innards of DVC, and a few kamalokes. Of course, we had good gear, top buffs and noble ports and even newbie buffs...
Doesn't take a month to level those 4 levels. Come on.
no..im saying to get to 1- 58 or maybe 1- 62 in about a week --week and a half
the fastest as a casual player ive seen someone get from 1- 55. my financees son. did it in about the time im quoting, and he speant some good hours getting there.
noone would be able to get to 1-70+ in a month because
Theres just not enough hours in a day to grind 20 hours every day for a month.
It would last a half a week if you knew how to stay awake and have experience in doing so.
Even then your gonna fall asleep for an 8-12 hour period in 72 -114 hours or so.
Your body will do it for you beginning anywhere from the 4th day 20 hour period to the 6th day 20hour period.
You'd be screwed for the rest of the month.
While trying to make the 4 hour rest period the lack of R.E.M.s would
cause your mind to malfunction, which means more downtime from accomplishing your goal. By the second week I'm sure the sleep deprivation would begin to surface to even the player trying to accomplish this, i guarentee, more downtime will occur.
But Wait! who hasnt done this before?
lets say they feel the need to sleep in the am insteead of the pm,, thinking they will get more gameplay time that way. (lets say a 1:30 pm to 5:30 am stretch) cause tehres gonna be a night when they have slept for 10 -12 hours and now they need to skip a 4
hour period or not accomplish there goal.
that should put you in the third or fourth week, probably close to your goal, i would say a 58-60+ charecter with 0% vitality.
the final week im sure will be like a second wind for you. However, with the lack of sleep. the burned out eyes, the malnutrition setting in. you will realize its actually been a month. and your still not over 68.
by then you shouldnt care, cause hell...your blind from staring at that screen anyways right? and if your not, you should have alotta mats..cause youve been straight grinding and
havent hadf a chance to set up a shop.
oh....and plan for some intreeruptions for that 20 hour grind time on tuesdays....that whole server maintanance thing might throw you off.
This game is supposed to be difficult to get to high levels. theres a value to you charecters.
trying to get up there in a month, and killing yourself to get there?
I would say two-three months time is a good ratio even with grindfests on the weekends
it still would be challenging and an accomplishment.
I never ever said something about 20 hours a day. In the middle of the A grade my measly bounty hunter ALONE, with fortress/clan hall buffs - which means he was losing 2-3 minutes from every buff, and before Gracia (no vitality bonus) was making almost 3% per buff in FOD. And those who have dwarves know they need an eternity to kill.
At the same time an archer (alone, with boxed buffer who stays away) 1-2 shotted every mob in VOS. This was before they were nerfed in Gracia of course.
It is absolutely the same with the necro. From top B grade till 74 lvl incl in VOS with boxed buffer (who stayed away). Never ever the necro needed 3 shots to kill and lots of critters were killed with the 1st shot. And no need to recharge because of the fast killing and herbs/body to mind. And yes, most players say lvl 74 is high for VOS but at least for necros it is not quite so. The mobs are light blue but more then half are 1 shot kill and the XP per shot is quite sufficient. Too bad at lvl 75 they all became dark blue.
nope
i think the poster is lying
there...i said it...
its not possible
i beleive you could get to 58-62 in a month
that ive seen and beleive
but no i dont see you or anyone else i dont care how much time you spend
getting to 70+ in a month.
I dont believe you and i think the devs should checkto see if your acount is subscribed to a
third party program for even implying that its possible.
For short periods you can accomplish incredible things... I went from high level 68-72 from a Friday-Monday morning around 3.5 levels. I didn't log on for the next 4 days after that though (this was before vitality was introduced into the game) 1-76 though... if you have ANY responsibilities in life it's not happening. I honestly think if you have absolutely no life, don't go out with friends/no job/no school and have someone who will clean up after you and cook for you it's possible. Most don't have that though and that would be a boring life.

I really think some of you are overestimating how long it takes to level if you pick the right class AND you have good buffers/gear. I CDL 1 shotted through vos leveling up for around 10k per nuke but I still say you'd have to have absolutely no life in order to accomplish 1-76 in a month. I had 3 weeks with no school and no work and tried to convince myself to do 76-79 during that time. Pretty sure it was doable but it was so mind-numbingly boring I stopped trying.
Dude, anyone who thinks 58-62 is a challenge... has some serious problems
I play even less frequently than someone who casually plays, and it probably took me 4 days? 5 days? I was excited for A grade, but still its been next to 0 work to get all the way up to 64 so far...
I don't doubt that it can be done in a month, but I'm not monomaniacal enough to try it. Just imagine the migraines from eye strain and Vitamin D deficiency. Ouch.:(

lmao--if you think that playing L2 for 20 hours per DAY for MONTHS is a good idea then you have some serious deficits in your life.....
Please...to those so inclined....TURN OFF YOUR COMPUTER...go OUTSIDE.....get a JOB....meet another person...take up another hobby.....cause in all seriousness your parents really do not want you to live with them forever and those of us who actually pay taxes would prefer that you found employment somewhere.
I'm thinking 20h/day is possible. I know people, in fact, that function off of around 4hours a day for sleep As long as you got a microwave and fridge with plenty of frozen meals next to your computer, and a close bathroom, I think you could do it.
That of course, is not saying I would want to do it. About 8 months of playing has got me to lvl 65.... on one character. All my others are below 50. I'm pretty casual.
0-76 5 hours a day 5 days a week in a month
don't think i'd even break a sweat tbh
ok stop me when this seems unrealistic
0-20 2 hours (as low as 20 mins)
20-40 3 hours (as low as 1 hour)
40-52 15 hours
52-63 35 hours
63-76 35 hours
the hardest part for me has always been 40-6x since i can't use my main to plvl and unless you are a destro you can forget about soloing raids so you are stuck killing bot trains for a spot to lvl (got a 7x perma red)
my sws started by killing 6x cata mobs with an S grade blunt and them moved on to aoeing the same cata an hour or 2 later and it's not exactly the best toon for the job, she only gets to be in party 1-2 hours a day since my friend wants his se 79 but shes 74 ATM and well within the 100 hour mark so i'm pretty sure i can pull it off
i don't expect a new player to be able to do that nor do i expect someone with a 7x se and/or 6x pp to manage it either
i don't expect to be able to wear S grade when the toon is finished. it would be lucky if it had 100 mil in bank when it was done
EDIT: assume my math is way off and i lose all track of time when i play. make it an 8-10 hour day and add a 7 day week and that should close the gap and make that sound more realistic so this doesn't turn into some epic debate

You claim that those hours are doable???? LOL if you are serious. 63-76 in 35 hours.... wow you really have forgotten how long it takes. 20-40 in 1 hour... no. You claim this is possible yet you've been playing for 4 years and you are level 78.

I just did 58-62 in less than 2 Days...
Just did 40 - 72 on my Gladiator Subclass in 2.5 Weeks...
You have a very skewed view on how easy it is to XP in this game, but 4 levels in 1 month is the only believable levels to you?... You seem to have very little knowledge of what is possible in terms of leveling.
You claim that those hours are doable???? LOL if you are serious. 63-76 in 35 hours.... wow you really have forgotten how long it takes. 20-40 in 1 hour... no. You claim this is possible yet you've been playing for 4 years and you are level 78.
LoL...
He is a lot higher than 78... Just because his Signature says something, dosen't mean that's accurate. Also, those times can be done, but that's if someone is in a rush. I just rush level'd my Gladiator, and pretty much looking like 40~75 is going to take me 3~3.5 weeks Tops, and I didn't honestly try THAT hard, but I was in a rush, and have not enjoyed much of this class at all. If I wanted to play it, and enjoy it, I would have take 3-4x as long.
Because someone CAN do something that fast, dosen't mean they are going to.

13 levels from 63-76 in 35 hours of gameplay. I don't believe you are going to do any of those levels in less than 2 hours per level. So let's say the first 10 levels take you 20 hours (which I do not believe this is at all possible, but just for the sake of the argument since around 73 is when the grind starts getting worse) It goes from around 90 mil to 108 mil to 127 mil xp for each level. You cannot wear s gear before this time so the speed of your leveling will not increase except you'll get new skills at 74. This adds up to needing 325 million (approximate) xp to go from 73-76 alone. The xp needed to go from 75-76 is around 40% of this total. Looking at this in the most favorable light, having 15 hours left after every single level before this took 2 hours each on average, we get a total time of 6 hours to go from 75-76. Honestly that is ridiculous and I don't see how something like this can be claimed, let alone the other levels only taking 2 hours per.
You claim that those hours are doable???? LOL if you are serious. 63-76 in 35 hours.... wow you really have forgotten how long it takes. 20-40 in 1 hour... no. You claim this is possible yet you've been playing for 4 years and you are level 78.
awesome a critic!!!
for starters no i am not 78. i say my buffers are 78 but it's just alot easier than saying 79 this and 79 that and a few 78ers
also i've been playing a long time but you can ask anyone i know and they'll tell you how much of that time involved me "quitting", taking a break
or spending 99% of my game time crafting shots
20-40 is doable in 1 hour but it relies on 4 things
1. you have a lvl 36 dorf/destro waiting for you when you hit 36
2. all raids are up
3. you are a dorf/destro/human warrior
4. you have a noble gatechanting warcrier
the best i have managed was i think 2 hours and 40 minuets but i have never had all bosses up when i needed them and usually end up going with multiple other ppl i pick up on the way
most ppl think 60+ is hard but for me it's easy
i just log my main and do the same thing i do everyday and eventually the toon lvls
here's a new one for ya. 79-80 or 80-81 in 3 weeks. enjoy!!!
Now imagine that he did it the last day of the gatekeeper transformation event with a stick from each day. He could level 3 times as fast on that character from 60 and onwards
here's a new one for ya. 79-80 or 80-81 in 3 weeks. enjoy!!!
So, 5% a day, that's not unreasonable if you play a decent bit. I get 0.4-0.5% an hour single target soloing, so with 10-12 hour days I could do it, I'm sure your aoe is quite a bit faster.

Just so I get this straight you are claiming you are the only one playing all these toons or do you have friends who are helping in the aoe party? How many toons do you claim you would be playing at once legitly for doing the leveling with that? It sounds like you'd have to have at least 5-6 toons logged in. After a certain amount of toons played by one person I find it harder and harder to believe that none of them are automated. I don't know how many toons you are claiming to play at once though to know how likely it is that you can play all of those. It would also depend on how many computers. For me personally I think the max I could handle using one PC would be 4 clients. I only have 3 clients and don't want the stress of designing a macro to try to get a bd in and out of a party which may contain other characters quickly every 2 minutes with minimum work. Shockingly I believe the 79-80 in 3 weeks more than I believe the other. I'm not sure that wouldn't drive someone insane after that 3 weeks however. You should really keep a clock of how long it takes you to do the 63-76. I think you'd find it is over the 35 hour mark that you proclaimed you could do.
bah... again with this, you really like to chit-chat about anything right?... ^^ 1-70 newbie player in a month = botter/cheater... that's it. 20 hours grinding a day? LMAO... he would simply get really ill... no one can actually have a healthy life with 4 hours of sleep in 1 month... So you can stop wasting time in this senseless post. Cya laterz

char 1: low level being powerleveled, open a window, sit him in a corner and minimize it.
char 2: normal buffer(2): requires 10 seconds of interaction every 20 (bit more with prophecy, but not much)
char 3-4: sws/bd needs 2 seconds each(switch window, hit macro, switch window) can be done before you pull train, or while you run to a corner
char 5: healer requires a few seconds when you need a heal
With that you have all the support you need and you still have 90% of your time for your main. Whether or not you can run this depends more on your system specs than what 3rd party programs you run.
Obviously I don't know if Nanashi_Naomhan does it legitly or not, but I know it's perfectly possible to do it. And it's a hell of a lot easier to box pole groups than it is to box normal exp parties
Just because you don't know how or because you can't do it does not mean it's impossible. And it's an incredibly dumb reason to accuse somebody of cheating for

1) There's nothing stopping you from sharing accounts. those 24h/day doesn't have to all be by the same person. Could be 2 people doing 12h each
2) some people just sleep very little, some people suffer from insomnia, while it's not healthy to not sleep it's not going to immediately kill you either.
While you are probably right that most of the time someone who's on 20h a day is a bot, it's very wrong to say that because they are they must be bots.
Oh, and the 63-76 in 35 hours has to be off. Assuming you're letting it leach from your main aoe poling, you'd have to be making ~40m/hr for your lowbie to leech that much xp. I thought FoG poling was in the 15-20m/hr range at best.

I dont know what makes you say stuff like this, I got 1-64 from scratch as a complete newbie in 1 month... Why can't anyone else do it? I barely even play, a few hours a day if that
Not to mention playing 20h/day for 1 month straight is easier than you all make it seem. I would get bored and have to do something else before my mind rots, but what do you need sleep for? You aren't wasting any energy sitting infront of a computer all day long.. Anyone is foolish to think that any of this junk is IMPOSSIBLE with a . at the end of the sentance.

I have seen a replay file of how she does it and as far as I can see it's legit and the location she is AoE'ing in is just insane exp (even if you are a full party).
She has one buffer, one bd and one sws (not hard to controll the singing dancing if you have 2 computers) along with her char she does AoE with. that's 4 chars (easy to controll with 2 computers with a standard keyboard/mouse.
With the amount of exp she gains per pull I'm not supriced she does 80-81 in 3 weeks with just few hours of play time per day.
Now add a lvl 60-64 char to that party and you will understand how it's posible to lvl so fast from 6x to 76.
as for the lvl 20-40 in 1-3 hours. yes it's posible. my record (with newbie buffs only) is 2 chars at the same time from lvl 20 to lvl 40 in around 3 hours.
You should really keep a clock of how long it takes you to do the 63-76. I think you'd find it is over the 35 hour mark that you proclaimed you could do.thats why i edited my first post to say 8 hours a day and possibly weekends
wait til my buddy logs on monday and i'll give you a more accurate number but over the last couple of months i've dinged 2 SEs 78, a PP 78, a WC 79 and a sws 74. one of the SEs should be 79 in 2 or 3 days and the sws should be 76 a few days after that
only the sws was done 40-74 (PP sub) but i was lvling several other toons at the same time and a wolf so i really can't put an exact number on it
Shockingly I believe the 79-80 in 3 weeks more than I believe the other. I'm not sure that wouldn't drive someone insane after that 3 weeks however.
**** straight lol
you prolly think those 3 weeks are hardcore xp and depending on who you are yeah it might be but i'm putting the xp at a reasonable 1% an hour so 7 hours a day 5 days a week and you are done
prolly the reason i quit so much but i have my goals set and once they are reached i'm gone zooooom!!

my set up is DD, BD, SWS and WC
the main DD has a macro
/invite BD
/delay 2
/invite sws
/delay 2
/invite WC
both BD and SWS have the macro
/dance
/sitstand
/leave (sws doesn't leave when i lvl it obviously)
/delay 95
/sitstand
both my computers safely run 4 clients - albeit on low settings but i do have a friend who can run 6 clients on max settings and still get out of black screen faster than me so i wouldn't always assume a 6 boxer is botting (but they prolly are :P)
Just did 40 - 72 on my Gladiator Subclass in 2.5 Weeks...
You have a very skewed view on how easy it is to XP in this game, but 4 levels in 1 month is the only believable levels to you?... You seem to have very little knowledge of what is possible in terms of leveling.
i must have not clarified that for you
i meant to say you can get from 0-58 in a week or week and a half
also i added that maybe you could get to 0- 62 in a week week and a half
however i did not mean to say it takes a week and ahalf to get 4 levels.
Since I am a new player with an old account, I am a newb so correct me if I am wrong. I just think that some of you are forgetting about the vitality system, and I have also heard that there is an exploit for it, even though I don't know what it is. For people who knows how to exploit this then leveling is probably zillion times faster than me who is running around grinding non-nuker mobs with 0 vitality most of the time?
This is especially true for all the people who say "I only play a couple of hours every 4 days and leveling is realy fast". Well, off course its fast, with the vit bonus you get from only grinding every few days you will be leveling faster than anyone who logs on every day, in the amount of time spent ingame that is.

eh, not really, turmoil.
youll be levelling around the same speed.
vitality doesnt last long enough at high level to be worth it to log in once every 4 days to exp. at best it will be gone in an hour.
low levels OTOH last for 50, 80, 200 % sometimes. THATS the only benefit. low levels.
so to sum up, an hour of exp at level 78-82, draining all vit might earn you 1-2%. 4 days of exp of 6 hrs or so, will earn you significantly more than that especially if you have the commitment listed in previous posts.
1) There's nothing stopping you from sharing accounts. those 24h/day doesn't have to all be by the same person. Could be 2 people doing 12h each.
Technically, this is in violation of the EULA, but you're right...there are no measures in place to prevent you from doing this.
True, it's not as heinous as paying a service real money to powerlevel you, or using a 3rd party program to level to S grade in a blink of an eye, but I thought this discussion was in the context of legit leveling. Having a friend or family member log in as you for 12 hours a day is not legit.
Actually who thinks you need to play 20 hours a day to become S grade for 1 month is narrowminded.
Will write it slowly this time:
1. Talking about the class who kills quickly and doesn't have to run much and can level up alone. Because running takes more time then killing. I would say nukers fall in this category. Before Gracia update the archers fell in this category but not anymore.
2. Talking about a char who has let's say lvl 70 buffs.
3. Talking about a char who has good gear.
If you char corresponds to those 3 conditions it is piece of cake to make it to S grade in 1 month with several hours play per day in average. Under several I mean not more then 4-5.
BTW - the word "genius" is used in sardonic sense.
i wasnt talking about s grade i was talking about your OP.
it wasn't 78 tho your right, im saying you cant level to 0-76 in a month
and yes i guess if you played while sitting on a toilet with a refridgerator in the bathroom with no job and no friends and you dont shower and you go to sleep exactly on the 20th hour 1st minute and immediatly awake on the 4th hour 0 minute, i guess you could
complete your task of 20 hour play time.
you wont make it to 76 however.
let me know how that works out for yah.
and to the OP... your argument is invalid, you cant make 76 in a month.
I doubt anyone can clear 65+ in a month.
If you want to disapprove the opinion, make a video log of it and post it.
otherwise, good luck and happy hunting. It aint happening.
so having 4 diffrent accounts to aoe = 60$ a month for a video game great ur so pro thumbs up
to the other guy who plays 20h a day no friends no gf no family no job wow great life woohoo
btw who cares about this ?
walker is used by 90% of this community do u show any respect or admire a 80+ anymore?
am i the only one who finds that doubtful that this solo aoe partys r tabbed by hands ?
i mean tabbing through 3 windows with 2 singers for 8h grindtime sounds mad fun to me
hope aion comes soon so this community attitude can destroy another game

I dont know why i care, its such an absurd boast. and its not like it affects anyone.
I should reflect the behavior,
"Oh ? you can do that? well alright! good for you!"
but in all honesty.
I have friends out there grinding there 70's day in and out. doing there sub quests,
and putting alotta hours in. For someone to say its possible to get there in a month
and be legit, it just sounds like an insult too much for me to ignore it. I have to call
BullSh** sometime or another.
20 hour game days for a month is far fetched. the original poster didnt mean to imply that
I dont think. but this post has attracted players that do feel that is possible.
Again thats an obsurd boast. A weekend maybe or hell even every two to three days.
but every day for a month?
and UncleTom
six to eight weeks at 40+
thats playing a few hours a night
with a nuker
getting to 76 with 70+ wc buffs
is probably possible
but thats pushing it
Look at my join date. I'm 64, and I play less than 1.5 - 2 hours a day most of the time. From scratch, thats with 1 account, no boxed buffers, no powerlvling, no twinking with other gear. Managed to make bh to 55 and ws to 40 as well.
You're an ignorant *******, stop talking.
And btw, the only thing I'm arguing about the 20 hours a day thing is that it CAN be done. You're awful narrowminded to think that it is IMPOSSIBLE. RedRock has already proved he is, who else wants to make themselves look like an idiot arguing over such a ******ed topic?

in chronicle one, i did an elven fighter 1-27 including knight class change in one day.
as far as someone playing for 20 hours straight, i've done it myself...but i was always burnt out and needed to get away for a few days after doing so.
physically, 20 hours a day for a month straight is pretty much prohibited by the geneva convention. lack of sleep will cause delusions and hallucinations coupled with the mindless grind and you have the beginnings of insanity.
i once played diablo 2 so much that i saw the little red and blue hp/mp orbs even when i was awake...that was entirely too much and i took almost a month off.
as much as i hate to say this...i'd rather someone admit to botting than to play 20 hours a day just because of health reasons.
all I'm saying is it can be done... And (potentially mentally ill) people have done it and do it all the time. For the most part, rich korean kids who have no responsabilities, and unlike most of the north american counterpart, have very high "standards" and are able to push themselves to the limit aiming for that goal. I don't know the word I want right now but standards sort of works.
And yeah, concious hallucinations are common when you spend too much time gaming, or doing anything for that matter.. And it can lead to some pretty serious problems, insomnia being the main and obvious one. But arguing that this fact prevents people from being able to play 20/7 for a month or more on end, is like arguing the fact that no one can run a marathon in a full jog the entire race because you get out of breath hauling your fat *** to the fridge.
am i the only one who finds that doubtful that this solo aoe partys r tabbed by hands ?

How would it be any more fun to do it with 4 people? You'd still be mindlessly grinding.
And don't say you get someone to talk to, you can easily talk to somebody who's not in your party.

just because you can't do it doesn't mean it can't be done
yes you could go 0-78 in a month but frankly it's more effort than i could put in considering i don't even like playing weekends (weekends are for fun not L2)
i really don't care who thinks my aoe is botted, those who know me know i'm legit and anyone with half a brain watching me should know what i do is impossible to do with third party programs (WL or destro maybe but not a dorf)
EDIT:i have a necro about your lvl
trust me 4 boxing aoe is a whole lot more fun than holding down F1 all day spamming death spike. i really don't know how ppl can stand playing 1 client unless it's a bish, destro or tyrant, it would drive me insane with boredom

20 hours a day for a month isn't physically possible. Calling me names wont make your opinion any more valid
16 hours a day, although pushing the envelope, is more a realistic time frame.
16 hours a day for a month. leaves time for food sleep and pooping. and taking a shower
Its not impossible to play that many accounts ive seen it done. I can do 2 maybe 3 on my computer which isnt top of the line. Ive seen people four box on raids, it just takes timing and a lot of green macros :D.
My record for 1-40 was 2.2 hrs during santa clause event we just had using only lvl 66 pp buffs/newbie buffs/scrolls/xmas trees ^^
My record for 1-40 was 2.2 hrs during santa clause event we just had using only lvl 66 pp buffs/newbie buffs/scrolls/xmas trees ^^thats with raids right?
anyone think they hold the record for 20-40 by normal grinding?
there prolly are ppl out there that can manage consistent 20 hour days. i know one of my RL friends can get by on 4 hours sleep a night for weeks so provided he eats at the computer and goes to sleep the millisecond he logs off i guess he could do it....
EDIT:i still can't believe some of you think 4 boxing what i do is so hard. all i do is buff every 20 mins, cov every 4 mins and dance every 2 mins the rest of the time the buffers just stand around and watch me kill stuff till it's time to do it again
back when i was lvling the SE i used to use her to run around and collect extra mobs for me while having to quickly run back and heal me before i died but if you want a real challenge try 4 boxing the 73 (? the one with para) palioka, that thing requires more switching screens than an epilepsy test :P
Rather funny reading this conversation about 20 hour grind and 4 hours sleep
I had 2 jobs for 11 years and during these years i worked 03.00-16.00, 1-2days a week to 18.00.
During these years i slept 3-5 hours a night 6 nights a week and the 7th i slept 6-8hours
Finally my body said stop and for 3 years ago it almost broke down, i'm glad i survived and didn't kill myself or anyother falling a sleep driving my car the 50km to and from my work.
Even if its over 3 years since i stopped the second job and got to sleep 6-8 hours a night instead, i still suffer from those 3 hours/night sleeps.
My body never got any chance to recover from the days work and i slowly broke it down.
Today i have constantly pain in my neck, shoulders, back and knees, and will forever live on painkillers to survive from morning to night, since at age of 42 my body is worn out like i was 65.
Back to topic...
Sure its possible to play 20 hour a day for a month, and im pretty sure there is a few that has done it / will do it. But beware u will pay for it later .. trust me
But (for example) if u take 1000 chars that has been leveled 1-76 in one month 990+ hasn't been leveled legaly, sad but true.

I 4 box every now and then on the 73, but I have 2 more ppl with me going in, and main toon is a tank. That debuff sux lol.
Boxing 66 kama on Gladi/BD/WC/bishop was a whole lot easier :D
Calling me names wont make your opinion any more valid
I call em as I see em =)
You still don't want to give up this position, not only narrowminded but stubborn. That other guy who posted what he was working for 3 years or whatever is a good example. WORKING for 20 hours a day is something physically exhausting. I remember 2 months where I was on shift for 14 hours 6 days and 10hours the last of each week. When I came home, I didn't have the energy to even turn the computer on, let alone sit down and play it.
You don't seem to grasp the idea though, sitting at a **** computer doesn't take up energy. The human body needs only an average of 8 hours a rest each night, and when you've been doing **** all the whole day, you can afford to miss out on a few hours. But I guess I can understand some people not getting it. Just keeping 350 lbs of *** balanced upright in a chair and forcing your lungs to breath in over those meaty manchests must be pretty physically exhausting.
I don't even know what to say anymore. 20 hours online a day is probably the easiest thing anyone has ever had to do for a living. If you don't think it can be done ask some kids at your local internet cafe

Pulling a 20 hour day is possible if you sleep at some point of time, and its not just going to be for a four hour period every day for a month. Ive pulled 72 hour shifts in the service before, but i slept for 16 hours after it. And yes ive stayed up for a day and a half playing the game before, and think a marathon could happen of staying up for absurd hours.
But not for a month. Im done arguing with a kid about something so stupid.
