That would be wonderful but also a bit risky. Think about it 1 week vita 4 24 hours long. You could level just to fast. It would be nice yes, but a bit abuse too. But hey, maybe they make it for everybody taste the new continent gracia with the new gracia final update! xD
Spam has already said that they've discussed double XP weekends in the past. If these were indeed possible it would be fun to know if that was the base NPC XP which was doubled... that would effectively mean that anyone with full vit could get 6x............
Well, I wouldn't mind an event similar to the GK event (with perhaps more choices to those that don't want to nuke) or more vitapops, since the ones we have aren't even freightable.
Cause I lost hopes of seeing more than vit 2 on my main for like 20 minutes. NCSoft's idea of "casual player" is someone that plays for an hour a week, it seems, with the amount of log-off time needed to recharge a player full to vit 4. At higher levels, not even a truly casual player, someone that plays like one hour a day will be able to keep vit cause it goes so much faster that it's not even funny...

True, but it could take months to get those levels, depending on how high they are. 1 week of good vit, might not make that much of a difference for higher levels! However, it makes a difference for the lower levels :)

Prolly too much to hope for, but the warfare thing reminds of perhaps the greatest ever event, Dafstin's revenge, where random mobs attacked towns, culimating in Dafstin himself spawning outside Giran. This was bitd when you risked dropping gear on death; all the shouts of 'who picked up my +3 DC helm?', 'which ******* got my SoM?' etc was just too funny.
Actually they should bring back death drops just for the day; all those who have chronos dating back to c3 or earlier are exempt ;)

This event sound almost like the chaos golem attack event we had some time ago. Crazy offers? Sound like new pay services like sub-main change and maybe some others. This all doesnt sound special to me...but maybe I am much wrong. So lets see.

The difference being is that Kinslon has a shiny padlock, all I have is my common sense and many years of doing his job for a 500+ member BF2 tournament doing the same thing day in, day out.

heh, I was just remembering back when the enchant scrolls didn't stack. People would have to create alts to store stuff in then create level 2 clans for each alt when more space was needed - hehe would have entire warehouses full of EWCs lol.
Can you imagine if it were still the same way, the ground would be littered with EAD scroll every week now-a-days.
April fools event is likely on a 1-day deal... which makes sense... could be just one day, for 24 hours VIT just goes to max... or is all gone completely... would be kinda funny to see... April Fools is not exactly a holiday ascociated with giving things out... its and EVENT, not a lottery.

or leaves some classes out, like the gk event did
kill mobs. mobs drop shrooms. pick up shrooms. eat shrooms in the prescribed order yellow-purple-polka-dot-azure-maroon, and you get a s grade shadow weapon, the type and enchant level are based on your color pattern combination, so you gotta figure it out the patterns...and maybe certain combinations debuff you from a bad trip XD

The event will be a drug that boosts character stats increadibly, and makes every area look like The Enchanted Vally. After the Buff effect dissapates, the character stats are then reduced, over time the reduction is so drastic that even a lvl 85 toon with top gear is gimp compared to a D grader. Inducing more of the drug will re-boost character stats, and reset the skill reduction timer, but there is only a limited amount! The only cure is to make it through a terrible dungeon, where all mobs are agro and range from lvl 1-90. The only way to make it through will be a BD with that silent step dance. By the end of the event all BD's with such dance will be rich off the fees they charge people to get through the dungeon. And thats the event. o.o

We need to find special potions in some caverns which is protected by gms..we need to trick them in order to get those potions. After succedded, we may drink a potion which brings us to a difrent dimension via a dimension portal. In that world we are lvl85 in s84 vesper gear in a random class with vit lvl 4 and we may grind for XP which may be used 24hours. After the effect is gone the amount of XP gained will get tranfered to our normal character. :D

good idea actually since ppl always say it's a waste of time grinding PTS when they could grind on live but we are meant to be tested content on PTS not testing how well we can kill mobs ><

Whether or not the event has anything to do with XP transferral/boosting, this is an idea they should implement. I don't play PTS (even though I'd enjoy it, and I test software for a living and have filed proper L2 bug reports in the past), simply because in my limited play time I'd prefer to make some further progress on my permanent character on live server.
If you could have some benefit on live by testing on PTS that'd make me more eager to test. Realistically though you wouldn't just transfer a numerical amount of XP over, cause if you had a lvl 80 on PTS and a lvl 50 on main, the amount of XP earned on PTS would boost you by a dozen levels on live (remember, each single level 76+ has like as much numerical XP as every previous level combined! it's a freaking vicious exponential curve if you graph it)
But maybe something like a special talisman or head accessory if you test on PTS or something? Or a free S grade key mat or something (provided you tested for more than x hours).
Anyway to get back on topic, this event is exciting! Makes me wish it wasn't on a weekday when I have to work.
well it doesn't really qualify as an official event but I remember from a long ago pts where Omega appeared in all his glory, partied some of us and gave us magical buffs and summoned amazing boss mobs for us to try to kill! omg that was fun! :D

Well if the event his held live by a GM on the PTS than there is no chance that bots will participate. And for sure not all XP during day on of our PTS until the end of PTS will be tranfered or we would be all 85 fast xD But maybe for during some time the gm tell us that from now the XP we gain until time "X" will be tranfered to our main char with a special boost. That would be a very interesting ideia and encourage maybe more players play the PTS too.

Although no-one knows for sure what happened to this brilliant man, it is rumoured that he was actually able to partially recreate the substance prior to vanishing. Baquette knew the train he had created was imperfect. Test case after test case proved that when used on the human-type races, the hallucination effect would last for no more than 24 hours.

This "event" will introduce us to the gracia final PTS with a running event on the PTS for 24hours and some more days by Gms so no automated event ;) The major automated events will be held on the normal servers like always after maintenance days ;)

Since the forum got a new style..I think it is time about a new web site...In my Opinion we will get a whole new Web site.

They never would announce us with a so big hype a event without doing one at the end saying "HAHAHA we fool you all!! there is no event! It was just a joke folks! Be happy and life goes on! We pwned you hard he?"

Wasnt it that the russians launch the PTS 31st of march? So it would make sense PTS launch for us on day 1st april. There is one diffrence, the russians dont give a **** about making this launch special. Here GMs try to make a game about it and make it a cool and funny thing. I like it. (if it is really the pts launch..i could be so wrong xD)
