Leopold is a AOE ranged attack, it is not restricted to sieges... but it would be better imo to get soul vortex and slug
Leopold hits pretty hard and looks awesome. Reuse is slow, but that might change in next patch I believe. About vortex and slug... I dunno... haven't reached that lvl yet, but I believe that our m.atk is not that cool to make it work properly. I'd choose Leopold unless some1 prooves me wrong XD
Vortex first; 900 range and the debuff is good. Leopold looks good but the damage is only moderate, probably because it is aoe, and you can use it anytime ofc like any other skill.
The damage on Leopold is less than amazing because it's actually a fire attribute nuke, not dark which screws your dark attribute Laevateinn. It's still very fairly strong though, just not a first choice spell to use your mp on.
Leopold Second - the most beautiful looking nuke in game.
Extinction last - Decent damage but nowhere near the damage of a Slug, Buster or Crusher.
Actually if you were to rate it for damage , first being the strongest and last weakest , this is how it ranks:
Slug - Evil and powerful. You know when you have been slugged.
Buster - Almost as bad but not as powerful.
Crusher
Extinction - almost a disappointement for damage. You will learn not to use Extinction immediately after your Vortex lands. The vortex debuff is too good to give up for the not so great Extinction damage.
If any of our nukes crit, they do some hefty damage. But, nothing like a Stormscreamer and closer to a Mystic Muse.
