Arcane Power/Empowering Echo

Do these two skills stack?

If not, once you have Empowering Echo, is there ever a need to use Arcane Power (e.g., a long re-use delay on empowering echo)?

Empowering Echo is self-buff and Arcane Power is toggle, so theese 2 skills stack. And they even stack with empower.
You don't have to worry about Empowering Echo re-use, it's realy fast and buff last long enough.
Arcane Power is mostly used for pvp. For pve it isn't very suitable becouse it drains hp quite fast and increases skills mp cost. But if you hunt in area where mobs drops herbs and Arcane Power helps you to kill mobs with less spells, then yeah, you can try it. But you'll need to use drains offten and you can lose your mp faster than hunting without Arcane Power.

Emp Echo is "draining" more MP than Arcane Power ;)

Sounds like having both is nice...but very very mana ineffecient. It sounds like I'd eat through mana too fast in mass pvp/siege.

On another note...anyone know how much Arcane Roar increases your magic power/matk?

Arcane Roar also increases elemental defense. It is passive, so don't question it, just get it. If you have trouble with MP, that's what SE/EE's are for, pfft!
