I'm writing here cause I'm becoming mad about... spam bots, do you have same feeling?..
No-Comment Soft is doing nothing about them... even if they can proove easily that they are bots...
I hate these ****ing *****s when it takes half of my chat window with:

Wuut is wrong with you No-Comment Soft to allow those fa*s to spam that? Ban them so they will stop spamming it with such frequency...
If they figure out a way to prevent this... they will become BILLIONAIRES as every other MMO team will want to know how they did this.
Seriously its a 'known' issue and not one that's easily fixable. Yea it sucks and yea its annoying. All they can do is continue banning the accounts. But the spammers will buy new accounts and continue to spam.
Its a never ending viscous cycle... welcome to the game.

They dont buy these accs, they do it from trial :)
remove trial accounts and they will buy accounts. Thus giving money right to NCSoft. Its a lose lose. Taking away trial accounts will certainly remove alot of it and might even make it manageable for a team to focus on removing completely. But you will never get rid of it completely.

if he was on an OOG bot when the spam arrived, all he would have to do is copy/paste, and delete the timestamp of when the msg was sent and he would have a perfect letter for letter transcript of the pm..

You can chat with support on spammer site and ask em not to spam you aswell.
I did that on all 4 or 5 sites that spams in game. 2 of them stoped and the other 2-3 sites (same ***** company all 2-3 of them) just put me on ignore list before I even get to ask them.

Maybe you shouldn't throw that out there, ya think? Then again, maybe the OP wrote it down so that NCSoft would know what exactly was said . . .

I love them to. So I made a script that spams theyr live suport :p
I have brought down theyr support a few times (they shut it down when they get to much spam).
I guess it's what you can call "fighting fire with fire"
That's a script to share ^^ I'd run it over and over every day . . . just like they do me. I'd do it from my work computer, I'd do it from my home computer, I'd do it from my lap top, I'd do it with green eggs and ham.
Yeah, those are really annoying. It's hard enough to get the community server as it is when you get notified you have one mail message, just to find out it's an adena spam mail.

step 3: Spam them Back! (heheheeee my favorite part)
If you type back to them they can't spam the next person on their list cuz you keep cutting it off before they send their next message.
This works ... I had 3 adena spammers going at once for about 20 minutes I kept spamming them in return. 1 by 1 all logged off and I think I annoyed them!!!
I think they may have taken my name off their spam list. I will let everyone know : )
The funny thing is, always i write here on this thread about bots spamming adena sites, the nect time i get logged in, they spam me 2-3 times in a row! xD And before not. Looks like they are watching us...

It's not actually accurate to say NCSoft has done "nothing" about them. The bots have been banned so many times (in huge groups) since I started playing that it is not even funny.
They've been 'mostly gone' many, many times.
They come back because players cheat. Sorry about that but it's the truth.
Just let us send more then 5 petitions!!!! I get PMs from tons of different players in Giran on my sell char. I try to report all, but after 5 reports... :(
