We, members of clans TeddyBears, swarm, UnTraceables are very upset by recently happened misunderstanding with const group which has organised not so long ago the clan and has lifted gameplay on Luna on new level.
They never used foreign programms and did not break rules of EULA, that they repeatedly tried to prove/explain in the petitions, but GM's have appeared are deaf to their requests. Clear business, that at top players is a heap of enemies and envious persons, from for which false petitions they and have got in ban. We are not simply very upset by an event, we simple do not see sense to continue to play a server without them as nobody wishes to play game where even observing all rules you can be at any moment banned by mistake. As a sign of solidarity with them we have organised mass protest action in game 31.03.09 which however Game Master's have disregarded.
We are assured that nobody and never can prove their guilt since they are not guilty and were banned not fairly.
So I am, this party of players had very important role in the policy of server. That this people did not use the programs which automatize game sure on 100%, cuz every time i saw them on clan chat, flooding or etc) Plz Unban.
after several months of 1 sided server, situation changed after one party left the side who was on the top and made another side to make the server balanced and enjoyable again. After few weeks when the sides were balancing this EXACTLY party got banned just as a miracle. Isnt it a bit accidental???
So is there any GM who cares about the situation on this server?
If the ignorance remains a lot of ppl will quit the game or move to another servers where they can enjoy the game again.

GM told us that the reason of the ban was the fact that they seemed to behave as bots, though actually they used macros and at this time communicated in ventrilo, I also talked with them at that moment and I can confirm it. Also I consider that if something have seemed to GM , it is not the reason to ban people , first of all he must make sure that he is right and only after this he can take some measures.

Hello dear support, I am a player of Luna server Lineage2.
Couple of days ago I was seriously shocked when I knew that
my allyies Diabolic Silent svga 4irika DimaOvs Cabaret Digni Yakov and Ecstasy vere baned. The GMs say the reason is using of third party software. I often played with thies people lately and didn't notice no violations from their side. I play legit and I can recognise a bot user easely. Thies players are 84-85lvl with epic jewelery enchanted skills and I am sure that every player of Luna server sees in them the absolute game limit. They incouraged us eaven when we fought in the oposit sides and now we see them unfairly banned. No perspectiv for us. Some of our comunity allready ask us to leavy Lineage2 for World of Warcraft and eaven propose places in good guilds because we are a good team. We don'n want to split but as I said no perspectiv.
The ban was absolutely undeserved and I greatly ask you not to drive us away. Unban Diabolic Silent svga 4irika DimaOvs Cabaret Digni Yakov and Ecstasy.
Agree with all of the words that were written here. Diabolic's group was the main group on the server, life on the Luna will die if you do not unban it. They have always been legit group, and not used other programs
GMs, if You hear us, what proofs do You need to understand that this people were banned unfairly?! And what proofs do you have that speaking about using third party programs? We just know - its completely impossible and unneccessary to use any automatization programms while exping on HB location with also active 2 way wars. How can you guess they were bots if they were not <-- fact! How can honest players count on support, if support makes wrong decisions?!

That really sad to see our clan lleaders banned. especialy when they are the ones who made luna become a Really nice,fair and balanced server i was really happy to play during last 2 weeks on Luna (before our leaders got banned) now i am seriously thinking on playing another game or simply quit. sad part is i wanted to play Aion when it comes but i guess i wont spend the money i worked for in a game where you can get simply banned without doing/using any unlegit thing/programe and i think alot of ppl have same thoughts than me, its not less than 50 ppl who are talking about quiting lineage2 and its only for the few ppl i talked with..
im sure alot more are gonna quit coz they can get banned anytime even when they are legit ..

Never before game on Luna was not such interesting, as during this period when the Diabolik's party (Silent, svga, Yakov, DimaOvs, Cabaret, 4irika, Ecstasy, Digni) has organised 2nd, the equivalent side. Then were unfairly banned. I have been unpleasantly surprised, when I will know, that a party, on-line which was one of the highest on a server, was banned for use of counterfeit foreign programs. It’s can’t simple! There were no still people who to such degree would respect game rules both worried about a server and did not try to make it much more interestingly.
I will not be mistaken, if I will tell that returning of this group will give to a server a new life and will involve new players on a server. While the return can lead only to negative consequences.
Unban pls Diabolik’s group. We hope for your justice and understanding. We too try to make the server pleasant for game.
without saying it was ALOT of ppl who wanted to transfer on Luna. coz server was really active/nice and very balanced but now i guess they will just cancel their transfer, what the point on transfering on one sided server,
i mean lineage 2 is pvp based now it will be only pve server not saying pve is bad but we work so much on exp spot to finaly have good lvl/gear to pvp. if they dont get unbanned luna will lose alot of players and all new ppl who actualy want to start to play lineage 2, wont even start coz of what hapened "why should i spend all my free time and money in a game where i can get banned for no reason" if i was a new player and ear about such thing happened on the game i want to play i wouldnt even start would be just to scared to get banned for nothing :(
"Diabolic's" party is the strongest party on the Luna server, they are great players and don't use the illegal methods. But their enemies cant's to defeat them in the game and uses the false petition. If they will not unbanned on the server remain only farmer's and bot's

They Resurrected server from big swamp. I don't want to back to swamp and to live on server with no fun. We can transfer to Teon, but I LOVE LUNA, WE LOVE, WE LOVE Silent, Svga, 4irika, DimaOvs, Diabolic, Cabaret, Digni, Yakov and Ecstasy.

1st of all lvl says nothing, this peoples was play at home and at work, gather top team with 6 heroes, who was online 15+ hrs/day almost everyday, this game was their life, if you cant get high lvl it means only 2 things:
1 - you dont play lot of time
2 - you are failure (sry)
make 85 lvl at hellbound for rly good stacked team (OE gears, fullboss jevels) isnt a problem, and at luna not only them was 84-85 lvls, here enough another groups with same lvl.

Just several weeks ago Luna was a one-side server with not so fun game on it. And this group has made the game on server more interesting. Server became two-sided, there are long-time battles for epic bosses between different sides. They gave to the server natural amazing Lineage 2.
But I was completely shocked to know that one of the best parties on NA/Euro servers was banned just bcs GM thought that they used illegal 3d-party soft for palying. It was just unfair for all people playing on Luna to ban legit players.
How can I play in this game if I know that my account can be blocked just bcs someone make a mistake?
Diabolic is the clan leader of the new the most strong clan of the opposite forces. And now all work made to create this clan is going to the hell :(
I think if they won't unbanned, I would prefer to left the Lineage 2 project with sad. May be WoW or Warhammer would be better and more fair for me

Hi, gues. Reasently I saw the effect of GMs good job in baning bots on my server (Luna). I am very grateful with you and the work you do to make the game better. But the latest your actions make me scared. Scared that one day I will enter my login enter my password and... I'm afraid that I will someday get the same treatment as the subject players. I know them and know them good. They have been playing for quite a long time showing top scores. Sometimes you just can be wrong. A little mistake with big consiquences. I hope you will hear me and make the right joice.
I always thought GMs are the most fair and correct people, that they knows all about each of us. GMs are guarantors of fair play on server. And what am I see now? Decisions, based just on opinions and assumptions! And then just ignored or autoanswered questions.

mb clans come, mb go. Do you see many strong clan which can fight. I Play on Luna from start, I see many clans and be member of some clans, but no one be strong and at least I found a good and strong clan. I found a taste of plaing, members of my clan are strong, we not only PvE, we PvP to, not by spot, we PvP for bosses and we win battles. Now, my CL bunned, that I must to do? look for other one, no thx, I don't want only PvE for another one year. I batter come to other game. Hello dear support, I am a player of Luna server Lineage2. Diabolic's party were legit players. Just imagine: is it possible to exp at HB location being not at the keyboard? We were exping there and I can swear that it is impossible. We were not friends with his party. To tell you the truth, we were almost in war. But it has no value, so far as concerns justice. Everybody now can be afraid for his character. If one LEGIT party is banned, nobody is insured from the same incident. Make the fair decision: UNBAN Diabolic's party!

As you see - there are some clans, who are already suck and got low position on server. I means nonfactors who made mass petitions on Diabolic's prty and have to cry at board about bots. They got no chanses ingame so one way of war for them is petition war against rly strong players, who made the whole server interested but not for them.

I've been playing on Luna from the very beginning and I have never seen such players. They really loved this game. From the first day of server they were playing much more than any other const party. And even having almost everything you can get in this game, they didn't stop, but tried too make game on a server more interesting and more various, tried to help other people to get fun from game.
And now they are banned... That's the reward which they have received for being the strongest and the best - petitions from envious and greedy people, which can't do anything in game, and can only send petitions blaming top players in violation of EULA, hoping they'll get ban.
I'm really scared, and don't want to play knowing, that GMs can ban even such players without any investigation only because of petitions.
So I ask you, please unban "Diabolic party", unban Diabolic, Silent, Cabaret, 4irika, svga, DimaOvs, Yakov, Digni, Ecstasy. Because you have made a big mistake.

I play at luna,and that party was using illegal programs from day1 on server,they use them for xp for pvp for evrything.
The only problem with those bans,is that ncsoft took to much time to do them.
I real hope that this is the first step to clean the server,cause u have ban only 1 party,there are plendy more that are running.
A small walk to all high xp places is more than enough to find them.Some spots are so fulled with bots,witch dont pick up items also,that even if by miracle u find an empty spot the lag is so huge from items that u cant play,like IOP.

Anyway, I hope the GM do not get influenced by people shouting "unban these guys or I quit!". If the GMs think they were botting, they should stay banned, no matter what. Yes, the GM should recheck their proof. But they should NOT unban these players just because others want pvp fun. Servers are better off without cheating players - and if the other botters then quit because they are bot, it's even better. Then the legit players finally have a chance to play a fair game.

PPL, Many of you shout THEY ARE BOTS. but, are you shure that they are realy bots? I can told that you all bots, but it's only words. I know this ppl, sometimes I come to PvP, EXPing, Gank, Raids with these people and never see them on bot or use other programs. 3 months after server open they was already nobless.On established server that u can play with top gear and ss,and with friends provide u end game buffs can be done by hardcore players.But on a new server its impossible.And pls dont tell me about zariche,at the start of the server zariche had it swarm and not ur clan.
They have admited by themselfs many times at hero shout,when they have been killed at HB,that they was "afk",and say that "come now to pvp that we are live".I guess for some people macros continue to run even if u arent on pc for several hours....
And last,from personal experiense,when i face them at pvp,if i am on nuker my healers is attacked first.When i play my sub healer,i am always first target by them.And again,we all go first for healers,but how they can pick always healers first among 100 opponents?They have macro for them too?I want that macro too,cause has very good effect,it regognize all people class,even when they play other sub.....
Btw,i am nofactor cause i made my choise to play this game legit and i am happy for that.

We, members of clans TeddyBears, swarm, UnTraceables are very upset by recently happened misunderstanding with const group which has organised not so long ago the clan and has lifted gameplay on Luna on new level.
They never used foreign programms and did not break rules of EULA, that they repeatedly tried to prove/explain in the petitions, but GM's have appeared are deaf to their requests. Clear business, that at top players is a heap of enemies and envious persons, from for which false petitions they and have got in ban. We are not simply very upset by an event, we simple do not see sense to continue to play a server without them as nobody wishes to play game where even observing all rules you can be at any moment banned by mistake. As a sign of solidarity with them we have organised mass protest action in game 31.03.09 which however Game Master's have disregarded.
We are assured that nobody and never can prove their guilt since they are not guilty and were banned not fairly.
Hypocrit idiots. All of you. It's probable the same people begging for unban now, who reported them 1 month ago when they were botting under Tribunal Tag, and not under your tag.

It's awful to hear just autoreplys from your support and the worst thing is that you(people who get our money) ignor our opinion, continiue giving us auto replys about destiny of our good friends and allies. The other bad thing is that this players are banned not for violating EULa, no they are banned because of a terrible mistake of your's support Team. I don't agree, I got banned in the first 3 months of playing l2. And i did absolutely nothing. I fought for 3 weeks to get my account back. And after the investigation of my account, it was an error and i got a free month out of it. Im not saying these these were unjustified bannings but you never know.

what procedures you talking about? they was exping and just get d/c one by one, gm dont even show up or ask anything. First d/c got diabolic, after he log another 4 ppl got d/c, they try to move safe place and everyone was d/c'ed and banned lol.

Okey I never was any high lvl, my best char noble prophet lvl 76, and I never got banned, whiout reason (72 hours ban for useing xmax trees on siege, and 72 hours ban for useing wywern in LoA). And that happend, case enemy petitioned me for useing this things, and guess what - they was right.

Is no enigma or sentinels have sucessful petitionned against your friends, else is long time than t side will been banned

All I see is your saying that you are 100% they are legit, that you even talk to them during that time and that a GM a representative from NCSoft ban them for the hell of it without a proof or any right to do it so.
That kind of statement is a very dangerous one, since is your word vs a NCSoft representative.
NCSoft should ban people who make false claims as well.
Second this is not the place to petition to unban them, there is a support system which is not under this area and only the person in question has the right to petition that, which is pointless since he/she probably a cheater.
Third with the kind of vocabulary you are not helping anybody, nobody would take your seriously for the time being, at least the person you looking for, something that only time will make you understand, and your my friend are years behind that ;).
And four I find hard to believe a GM will ban a bunch of people just for the hell of it, we are talking about a group of people getting banned, not just one person. I am incline to believe you and your friends are cheaters, than to believe a GM will ban without any proof or solid back up information, because NCSoft staff has more weight that your and your friends when it comes to this matter.
Also they probably didn't get banned just because one incident but the accumulate proof that they were cheating to the point a GM actually took action over the matter.

All the guys pleading for a reversal cannot say 100% that these guys never voilated the EULA, only the banned player knows this. Also, you cannot be sure that they got banned through mass petition.
These players may not have necessarily been botting at the time of the banning but if they had used any kind of 3rd party software or voilated part of the EULA either recently or in the past then the ban was deserved - and tbh, if your server is anything like Teon then the chances that these PvP enthusiasts were 100% legit is extremely slight indeed.
Again, only the banned players know how legit they really are so let them deal with NC soft themselves. NC Soft isn't going to listen to pleas from clan members/friends of the banned players or take notice of that demonstration in Aden because these players cannot be 100% sure that their plea is valid.

at hellbound 78 > 79 ~ 30 hours of exp withouth vitality

I'm sorry for what I'm about to tell you... but this might be the most silly answer ever. You are telling us or assuming that all players, or at least the ones in the banned party a) Have 8 hours a day to play b) They only rift for those 8 hours (no re-stock, no one dies) c) All the party is available all the time, d) All of them are well equipped (hard for new chars)... This is just non-sense man. Simply 8 hours a day is too much time for a game when you have to work/study, sleep and have at least some kind of social life... so even though your "exp theory" sounds nice... the real life is way different. I play a lot, and took me a yar to reach S grade and subclass. So if being legit is equal to not-knowing how to play, well that's a different point of view :) Cya later ^^

So u tell us that on a new server with bad equip,with no adena for shots,w/o buffs,u can go to rift and solo at 40 lvl?cause if u go with full party,u will get about 20% every 8 hours us u say.
I have to remind that when luna open,there wasnt vitality system,there wasnt nbc buffs after 40lvl,there wasnt c grade and b grade at nbc shops,there wasnt common items.
When all this improves come to game,this people that u support,was already nobless and hero.
So u can claim that they are hardcore players,u can claim whatever u want,but on a new server,its imposible for a legit player to go nobless even if he plays 20hours per day in 3 months.
On new server,u dont have enough adena to afford spaming ss.If u want to get adena,u must make quests,and that means almost no xp for days.If u want better gear,u have to collect mats,manor wasnt running for 2 months atleast,so where u can gather mats to craft a b grade weapon?from ur xp?
If u play w/o ss,u burn ur mp extremly fast,so u have a big cooldown.Out of party,high lvl rechargers arent avaible.
And many more disadvages like that,which live players know very well,cause they have play with those conticions.
U can claim that they are hardcore players,that the server needs them,that they help the server to balanse at pvp.
But guess what,only the rest of botters needs them.Cause they never learn to play w/o any "ilegal" help.For ur side fun is to bot 2 weeks and then go to a siege and own people,but that isnt fun the server,and it isnt a balanse server.

I'm to lazy but my lol kamael have 79 lvl and all subs and I'm play about 5 month whithount const party and It's all after I made rerol. First 2 month from start I play Bishop and be 61 lvl. btw I come to all sieges, all clan - ally events and loose EXP.

I can read, that they d/c... you forget 3 things:
1. This is not the place to petition an unbanned.
2. The only person who can do that is the user who owns the account.
3. You don't get banned because of what you did in that moment, but the accumulative proof that you were cheating in the past until certain point, which could be in that moment, yesterday or before that day.
But anyway you are just a child, so even this simple stuff that any 10 years grader could understand are very hard to grasp by your tinny brain

First of all this thread has multiple board violations. It is a petition thread. (Not allowed) It is a thread discussing other people account issues. (Not allowed)
So I will keep this short and simple. Accounts are not closed because of mass petitions. Account will only be closed if a violation is found and properly recorded. So if your friends were banned for botting, it was because a GM showed up and tested them in person.
Feel free to "protest" for your friends. Just be mindful to follow the game rules as we will take action.
