B grade armor

Given the choice between an unenchanted PL Set w/ the highest common hands and helm, or the best common B grade armor set, which would you go with? I realize neither are the best, but these are what's available to me at the moment.

go with plated leather, I would use pl even when you can afford any of the other b armors. I used pl to 61 then switched to dc.

I agree... plated set is just too good, since no B grade set gives a cool bonus like PL ^^ A year ago PL set was expensive and hard to get, so I got a theca set, then It was better for me to use a doom LA. But nowadays, being able to purchase PL set from store, its just the best way to go.

Doom light is the only decent b grade armor but you will hit 61 quite fast so it's not really worth it to invest in b grade when plated leather is this good
