The irony of it all they banned one of the most active bot groups in the game. Those guys have been pretty much on 24/7 botting.
First of all this thread has multiple board violations. It is a petition thread. (Not allowed) It is a thread discussing other people account issues. (Not allowed)
So I will keep this short and simple. Accounts are not closed because of mass petitions. Account will only be closed if a violation is found and properly recorded. So if your friends were banned for botting, it was because a GM showed up and tested them in person.
Feel free to "protest" for your friends. Just be mindful to follow the game rules as we will take action.

This is really a black page, first they leave luna be a bot paradise, finaly they decide ow its not going that well, mayby we should take a look, luckely they started bans :) and then this day came........... what where u thinking ????? *Ow all those petitions of those poor poor botted up chars lets help them* or *they forced u with leaving l2 wich could be the final days of ure gm's?*
1st. The party were banned at first time only because it was a mass (false) report of botting whitout checking it, and now, after mass petition, GMteam has checked and find that they weren't botting at all.
2nd. The party was unbanned only because it was a mass petition of unbann them instead of be botting or not.
This is really sad, I think that even if they unbanned them because of mass petition, they will anyway tell us that they were unbanned because of a mistake... and then the other players will also be teased by that unbanned people because they are "invincible", while if another player is banned (by mistake or not) no one will give a **** about him.
This is just an example that clearly shows what a rotten
company NCSoft is.
Simple comparison of the accounts live time and the
levels of the characters show that there is no way
in hell those characters could have been legit.
Crosschecking with message boards that are known to
the NCSoft staff would have showed clearly how likely
it was that those parties were rightfully banned.
We have a situation here where its clearly obvious in
many way that diabolics party was violating the
EULA in many ways, even if you look at the friggin
movies that silent makes you see he cheats.
But to NCSoft that does not matter. This game would
have stomped WoW if the customer support and the
GMs would earn their money, but they are simply not.

Well... Then GMs ban mass botter - I admire NCSoft for that. They start to keep THEIRS rules in action. Now...
Each botter can be fell free becouse mass petition can do anything. Maybe everyone petite to GMs for "Gives max lvl to all from swarm/Eintheit and rest of BOT clans so they can played free and legit. For what they will lose so many hours botting, if they will reach it in couple month."
For me... I say "Thanks for play" to NCSoft and going to Privet NON BOTTER server. Becouse here law of NCSoft is only for "show up". I will dont pay anymore for game where creators kill it itself.
PS. I hope that NC know what they done? Now EACH catched botter can be free by mass petition of "his botter friends".
There is no way anybody could have reached those levels while playing without botting. Pathetic. But I am not surprised, even on my server well-known long time botters freely admit they bot, everybody has seen them bot (and reported them) and still they are around, get hero spots and GMs seem completely blind to it. The GMs should stop wasting time banning the low lvl farmers and hit the cheaters where it hurts, by banning their epic jewelry-laden main toons. If you do that often enough, the players will get bored of constantly having to re-create a new pvp uber toon and go to a different game. But now we all know that if a well-known cheater gets banned, all it takes is a mass petition by other players and the EULA suddenly becomes worthless and the cheater is back.
There is no justice.... In the end no matter how good you are, or how much time you spend on farming best equip, you will always be smashed by the ones who bot 24/7 and waste 300-400 euros per month in ebay.

The most beautiful part of it all is the fact all the ppl who were crying for unban now (because this party has joined their side) have been crying for months how these botters should have been banned long time ago. ^^

Where the hell did that come from? The allies won WW2. I'm not russian, so I'm not counted in the 95% that bot ;), as for Canadians/Americans, there are far less botters that are from North America then there are from the other countries.

I think NCsoft stopped carring about us 'the Legit Group' in my opinion. Even the efforts I do with the Petition System I get responses after 14 days about some minor issues with certain skill over-enchant routes.

Show me a North American game that does this. The best you get is Warhammer's Banhammer which only tells you how many they've banned, not whom or why. It's standard policy for most North American companies to not reveal this information due to privacy concerns.
PPl from private servers don't come to Retail.
What You will see is :
1. Bots , all clans are botting , AFK on HB even. 24h / 7.
2. Portals selling Adena and offers power lvl (on bot ofc).
3. Fields of arrows what will slow Your PC.
4. Gms ban some bots and unban the same bots 1 week later, and ban legit ppl for trading items from one acc to another acc both are property of the same player.
Gms any progress in this ? Aion will be the same ?

I play this game on retail for almost 4 years now.I play at Luna from day one of server.
We create and kept bot free first a clan and then an ally at Luna.We was telling our people u must not petition people that u think that they are botting,petition them only when u are certain that at the specific moment that u see them they are botting.Leave the rest for GMs and NCSOFT.Sooner or later they will do their job and ban those bots.
And after 1 year of the server,finally 1 big botting party get baned.And we say,finally it was time to start clear the server.
And one week after u unban them?U gave the final shoot to this game with ur action,atleast for the legit players.
U can write whatever u want here in order to "justify" ur decision.
But dear Head GM SPAM can u log at luna to give u an invite at my clan and explain to all my clan and ally mempers why they should continue play this game?And if they continue,why to continue play legit?

Complicated situation but ur clan has the reputation of players haveing "petition" button instead of "atack". You can't just be unpreconceived.

2. We Got wars , but our enemy "turn on" 2 side war on sieges , because in the normal day of week they were afraid about killing them when they have been botting in catas AFK all week 24/5 sometimes 24/7.
We Didn't ever mass petition anyone , its not our hobby to report bots it is work for NC Soft to remove Bots form servers not our, instead of click on button we spend time to play "MANUAL" make character 85/7x/7x/7x its not 9 months

Of course, because they detag or use another crest when they bot, i cant say for teddybears, but for swarm i remember crystalline and chevrolet have botted in hot spring while all the months of november and december and they used family crest, it is while the aden siege i had seen than they had swarm crest on their head, after the siege, they back to bot in hot spring with family crest

And actually i've seen a lot of Einheit and Swarm botting, i remember when i started on Luna the first time i went to Enchanted Valley there was Diabolic botting with a SE without taking drops. For about 3-4 nights he was there. I also noticed a lot of bot ppl who joined Einheit after they reached lvl 70+
Also its normal that when they are all full S or S80 they dont bot anymore, coz they have fun always in mass party and pvp. But right when one of them have to subclass they return on bot again and again.

yeah, really? u have wars with whom? WilczeStado, Monolith or smth like this, many random clans? you haven't 2-side wars with any pro clan on the server about 2 months already and up them only for sieges, bcs you start to cry after loosing your %

What do you consider a pro clan on Luna? Sure, we didn't have 2 way war with Einheit, swarm or Ekur.
We've had 2 way with UT, WAR, EarthQuake, MagicR, Lunatics (when they were in T ally as well), Axis. All clans with high level fully geared botted up chars. The only clan that had the 2 way up for all time was UT, don't know what they're doing now tbh, guess they all entered TB. EQ dropped it a long time ago dying clan I think, Lunatics have vanished, MagicR only had all wars up when they were not on bot mode, WAR is atm not going very well so they dropped it as well, Axis has it up constantly now. Before they only put it up when they thought they could take it or at sieges.
And putting up war for the sieges? Enigma? Tell me, when and where? When we helped swarm against T in Giran, we had no wars up, just full exp loss. And that's not the first time. Numerous times we went to siegefields with a chance on full exp loss. But when someone in T is pk and a random clan attacks them, they declare on them, scared of losing exp? If you can't handle pk, don't even try it.

All rumors and stuff is going from posts of some Enigma members on forum..
Some ppl understand what 1 ppl isn't a whole clan, but others think if 1 ppl do something then whole clan is involved.

TB and T have more people at sieges then us and we're zerg? We often got around 50-60 people, is that zerg? If all our people in the clan would come, yes, you can call us a zerg, now you can't.
We all have our own ways of communicating. I guess he can't bothered with this thread. ;) And I'm a peaceful sucker anyway. :P
And like I said, we don't do mass petitions. I can't vouch for all my clannies of course, I wouldn't be surprised if there are some who petition people. But it's not like we have clan events and mass petition someone to get him out. It's like you said, we focus on gearing ourselves up, making Noblesses and becoming stronger. We will take that spot behind T and TB and enter the top 3.
I know in what position we are, T and TB already declared on us. But we choose this way. T already declares on every clan big enough that might be able to kill their members.

Simple comparison of the accounts live time and the
levels of the characters show that there is no way
in hell those characters could have been legit.
Crosschecking with message boards that are known to
the NCSoft staff would have showed clearly how likely
it was that those parties were rightfully banned.
We have a situation here where its clearly obvious in
many way that diabolics party was violating the
EULA in many ways, even if you look at the friggin
movies that silent makes you see he cheats.
But to NCSoft that does not matter. This game would
have stomped WoW if the customer support and the
GMs would earn their money, but they are simply not.

Its funny that you think we have to hunt down or search for illegal players...I can go out and xp any time and just about anywhere and trip over them.
I thought it was ironic that not a day after the Teddybears hero group was banned, and while many were protesting this fact in Aden. We dropped a untagged illegal party right next to a 9 man Teddybears group in Varka.
They continued to happily run back and forth in the little canyon right next to us, while we washed our karma and finished up getting our quest items. I guess they must secretly like us after all. I was so sad they didnt even say hello or anything :(
I didnt report any of them.....I am curious though, dont you think players who dont cheat should report players that do? I mean do you prefer our server community to be a place where cheaters thrive?
