There's people in L2 that use CP/HP spam third party software could you ban them please. That's a major disadvantage when you pvp. Isn't the EULA stating something about not having a advantage over other players?
Most of them are in the clans that own castles. You should observe pvpers more when you do mass bans next time.

Getting a character behind those rails isn't a glitch, lol? How does one get a lowbie down there, when you need 78 to port to the Island in the first place... Also, are you insinuating only Nova has spies that watch the Hellbound port, and that CD, FS, CC, Divine don't do the same?
It's really not that hard to have a second game client up with a spy on the Hellbound port, but I guess people need to have alarms and bots to do this instead? ...

How to approach something like this? Have a GM go invisible and test by removing the CP off the player. If they immediately start spamming cp pots "DING DING DING" you have a third party software user. Not hard just Gm's aren't doing there jobs, they find it easier to just ban xp parties.

Lol you can't ban someone for sitting @ a port. If that where the case you might as well ban everyone @ giran for sitting next to the port. However, what a GM could do is claim that the player is blocking a pass way and have it moved to a new location.

Hm. This started atleast 2 years ago and i never heard about ban for this. If GM start do this , it will be again random bans. Because they can not make everyone stop it.
I think one next thing can help:
-upgrade defence every week (hard way, no promise thet defence will be broken)
-change effect of CP ports , make it looks like GHP (easy , but change game dinamic).
-make use cp pots auto like soul shots ( so this will be not unlegal anymore , at warcraft they allow not bot interface modifications ).

GMs aren't doing enough to ban the real players that have a major advantage over other players who use third party software to enhance there ability to pvp.

Yes. If for no other reason than it's easier to use a third party program than do it manually. That's why people do it. People could legitimately do a two-boxing system, but most don't because it's easier to automate the healers so they can concentrate on the game. People could legitimately play in an area for hours, but they don't cause it's easier to just set it and forget it.
When describing a player's actions in L2 you can sum up their playing techniques into what is probable or what is possible. It used to be that botting was possible, but it wasn't very probable. Nowadays it's far more probable that a person is taking shortcuts in every aspect of the game instead of playing it straightforwardly. When you see clans of guys that are 83/82/80 on their mains and subs, it's slightly possible that they did it all legitimately, however it's extremly probable that they Cyberdyne'd it.
So in a situation like the one the OP is talking about, I have absolutely no doubt that almost all of the major trash talking PvP'ers are using auto-poppers to keep their health and CP in check while they work on targeting and firing. Essentially turning the game into a first person shooter moreso than a true contest of talent. And why do they do it? Because they can and because the feel that everyone else does it too.

So when is a GM going to start taking action on players using third party software to CP/HP/Mana Spam pots? Or do GMs just spealize @ banning players XP? Hell they're terrible @ determining if the player is legitly playing or not, probably never. You might as well fire all the gm(s) and replace them with lawyers. because apparently GMs don't know there own EULA
2ndly, there have been enough of these threads. We already KNOW that NC is more useless than legs on a paraplegic. This is NOT news.

Players get an advantage in levels by botting and a gear advantage by buying adena or personal bot trains. Using CP spam, radars etc. is no different - cheating is cheating. In everything that you do in L2, you are competing with other players.
If you afk xp or buy adena for gear then you have no right to complain about programs that ruin PvP.
meh just get rid of the cp pots and see what happens to pvp or put 5 second limit on them.

The answer is simple: because GMs aren't doing there jobs and they're putting there resources on bot farmers and high profile characters. That can be fixed simply by NCsoft filing a lawsuit aganist ******** and Superman. After they do win they can focus and moderate the pvp aspect of the game and make the pvp fair and have every player play on a equal playing field (minus gear boss jewels etc.)

The other huge problem with bot programs and PvP at the moment is programs that automatically target healers, as an EE there is no point in me going to PvP anymore - I am killed instantly by 10+ archers the second I click accept.

I just want constructive ideas on this thread not a load of crap that has nothing to do with CP/hp/mp pot spamming third party software. No one really addresses this issue its mostly issues relating in XP'ing. There's a bigger disadvantage for a player vs a thirdpartysoftware cp spammer in pvp.
Until this situation about bots is handle properly, every single user has the right to post countless of posts concerning botting, cheating, lack of support, GM failfure etc, whatever you/some like it or not, whatever ncsoft like it or not, because they are paying for the game, and the NCStaff is currently showing their methods are full of fail.

I know some ppl banned on varka TP spot when I was comming to pvp them :) Friend was on alt char on TP spot when he saw how GM shoot at one guy. Ofc CP spam was on and I never saw him ever again.

They should thank all of their supporters that cried to NCSoft that banning these people would ruin the server. Now their supporters should cry to these people to not sell their chars because they are going to ruin the server.

Because they're part of a clan which the enemy hates and despises and the enemy has the weapon of using the bot report button on everyone. Also by knowing that much, would you be willing to invest time and money on your account?

Our cna is 100% legit,no bot programs, radars,acp and other illegal thing. And a GM writes to him that his acc whon't be unbanned. /Owned. Bots run around in trains happily, but legits are getting banned. I don't get it ....

Attacking players in-game shouldn't be an offense its part of the game mechanics. But wow so they really said that does your friend still have the e-mail do you know exactly which GM it was?

Its all sad all the same and I am not whining just merely making an observation on the sad state of a pontentially great game. I would support measures to stop the bot pvpers no matter how extreme because they are most annoying. Some raid bosses are easier to beat then these folks. I will tell you there is no opponent more fierce and difficult than Armenua. Armenua is a mean, cussing, spitting cardinal I used to know who would tear you a new one if you stood in her way. She is one mean hombre and it would be best to not argue with her. i would like to be able to write to them
not the american one, no offense, but the programming and everything else still gets decided by the korean company,
the Mother company directly
i don't like to talk about sensitive subjects like this,
when i dont even know...
if annyone of the mother company even gets this info... at all...
